三方協(xié)作同盟:學(xué)校發(fā)展新主張

【摘要】:三方協(xié)作是學(xué)校發(fā)展的外部推動(dòng)力量,指政府、大學(xué)、學(xué);诠餐妇,本著平等互惠原則,共同促進(jìn)中小學(xué)管理質(zhì)量和效能提升。學(xué)校文化驅(qū)動(dòng)模式是學(xué)校發(fā)展的合力,以學(xué)校文化建設(shè)為抓手,全面驅(qū)動(dòng)學(xué)校整體改進(jìn)與發(fā)展實(shí)踐,使學(xué)校朝有利于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的方向發(fā)展。校長(zhǎng)的文化自覺是學(xué)校發(fā)展的內(nèi)在能動(dòng)力量,指校長(zhǎng)善于利用一切外在助力和資源,對(duì)學(xué)校文化的自我覺醒、自我反省和自我創(chuàng)建。
[Abstract]:Tripartite cooperation is the external driving force for the development of schools, which means that the government, universities and schools, based on the common vision and the principle of equality and reciprocity, jointly promote the quality and efficiency of primary and secondary school management. The mode of school culture driving is the resultant force of school development. With the construction of school culture as the starting point, it can drive the whole improvement and development practice of the school in an all-round way, so that the school can develop in a direction conducive to the professional development of teachers and the healthy growth of students. The principal's cultural consciousness is the inner dynamic force of the school development, which means that the principal is good at making use of all external help and resources, self-awakening, self-reflection and self-creation of the school culture.
