【摘要】： 幸福是人類永恒的追求,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的顯著提高,人們對生活狀態(tài)的要求越來越高,在心理層面上也有了更高的追求,希望獲得更多的幸福。因此,主觀幸福感一經(jīng)提出便受到了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。以往的研究表明,個(gè)體的心理健康與主觀幸福感和社會(huì)支持存在密切的關(guān)系,國內(nèi)在這方面的相關(guān)研究主要集中在老年人和青少年群體上。 高職院校輔導(dǎo)員因身份特殊,其從事的工作與專職教師存在較大差異。國內(nèi)有關(guān)高校人群主觀幸福感與社會(huì)支持的相關(guān)研究,更多涉及專職教師,對高職院校輔導(dǎo)員的關(guān)注較少。由于工作壓力大、負(fù)擔(dān)重,很多輔導(dǎo)員出現(xiàn)各種不良的心理狀態(tài)和行為表現(xiàn)。因此,關(guān)注高職院校輔導(dǎo)員的主觀幸福感與社會(huì)支持的狀況,促進(jìn)他們的身心和諧健康的發(fā)展十分必要。本文在他人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以長沙市相關(guān)高職院校120名輔導(dǎo)員為研究對象,采用《中國城市居民主觀幸福度量表》(SWBS-CC20)和《社會(huì)支持量表》(ISSB)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并結(jié)合個(gè)案訪談,得出如下結(jié)論： 1、在主觀幸福感和社會(huì)支持上,高職院校輔導(dǎo)員總體水平較高。 2、高職院校輔導(dǎo)員的社會(huì)支持及主觀幸福感在性別、年齡段、學(xué)歷、職稱、收入水平、婚姻狀況上均不存在顯著差異。 3、高職院校輔導(dǎo)員社會(huì)支持及其各因子與主觀幸福感之間關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human beings. With the rapid development of our economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standards, people have higher and higher demands on their living conditions, and they also have a higher pursuit on the psychological level, hoping to obtain more happiness. Therefore, once the subjective well-being is put forward, people pay more attention to it. Previous studies have shown that there is a close relationship between individual mental health and subjective well-being and social support. Because of their special status, counselors in higher vocational colleges are different from full-time teachers in their work. The related research on subjective well-being and social support in colleges and universities involves more full-time teachers and less attention to counselors in higher vocational colleges. As a result of work pressure, heavy burden, many counselors appear various bad psychological state and behavior performance. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the subjective well-being and social support of counselors in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of others' research, 120 counselors in Changsha vocational colleges were investigated by SWBS-CC20 and ISSB. The conclusions are as follows: 1. In terms of subjective well-being and social support, the overall level of counselors in higher vocational colleges is higher. 2. The social support and subjective well-being of counselors in vocational colleges are in gender, age, and age. There were no significant differences in education, professional title, income level and marital status. 3. There was a close relationship between social support and factors of social support and subjective well-being of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
