【摘要】:教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主逐步成為一個(gè)重要的研究論域。國(guó)外已經(jīng)從教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主的行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域和程度大小、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主與自由和責(zé)任的關(guān)系以及自主教師的特征等方面來(lái)揭示教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主的內(nèi)涵。國(guó)外對(duì)于教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主的基本認(rèn)識(shí)對(duì)于我國(guó)當(dāng)前教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自主的深入研究具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional autonomy has gradually become an important research domain. Foreign countries have revealed the connotation of teachers' professional autonomy from the following aspects: the action field and degree of teachers' professional autonomy, the relationship between teachers' professional autonomy and their freedom and responsibility, and the characteristics of autonomous teachers. The basic understanding of teachers' professional autonomy in foreign countries is of great value to the in-depth study of teachers' professional autonomy in our country.
