【摘要】：隨著新課程改革的不斷深化和發(fā)展,賦予教師的專業(yè)自主權(quán)越來越多,因而專業(yè)自主成為國(guó)際教育變革和教師專業(yè)化運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要議題。然而當(dāng)前我國(guó)的教師專業(yè)自主很大程度上仍然處于"自在"的階段,這必然要求教師的專業(yè)自主實(shí)現(xiàn)從被動(dòng)、無意識(shí)的"自在"階段向自覺、能動(dòng)的"自為"階段的超越。激發(fā)教師專業(yè)自覺意識(shí),構(gòu)建良性專業(yè)發(fā)展的支持性環(huán)境和教師的"賦權(quán)增能"是教師專業(yè)自主超越"自在"限制并達(dá)到"自為"境界的基本路徑。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of the new curriculum reform, teachers are given more and more professional autonomy, so professional autonomy has become an important topic of international education reform and teacher specialization movement. However, at present, teachers' professional autonomy in our country is still in the stage of "freedom" to a large extent, which inevitably requires teachers' professional autonomy to transcend from passive, unconscious "free" stage to "self-conscious" and "self-motivated" stage. It is the basic path for teachers to transcend the limits of "freedom" and achieve the state of "self-care" by stimulating teachers' professional consciousness, constructing a supportive environment for benign professional development and "empowering and empowering teachers".
