【摘要】:正縣級(jí)教研室是教研體系中的重要構(gòu)成,作為最基層的本土專業(yè)力量,在縣域教育改革中,承擔(dān)著重大的責(zé)任。然而教研室及教研員工作依然問(wèn)題頗多,例如:當(dāng)前教研員以何身份介入學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作?教研室作為專業(yè)力量如何影響教育行政部門?教研員數(shù)量有限與縣域內(nèi)學(xué)校眾多及教育、教學(xué)問(wèn)題紛繁復(fù)雜之間的矛盾如何解決?教研組織平面化,教研工作單一化、程式化現(xiàn)狀如何改變?
[Abstract]:The county level teaching and research office is an important component of the teaching and research system. As the most basic local professional force, it bears a great responsibility in the county education reform. However, there are still many problems in the work of the teaching and research offices and research staff. For example, in what capacity are the current teaching and research staff involved in the school education and teaching work? How does the teaching and research office, as a professional force, influence the educational administration? How to solve the contradiction between the limited number of teaching and research staff and the numerous schools and educational and teaching problems in the county? How to change the planarization of teaching and research organizations, the simplification of teaching and research work, and the stylized status quo?
