【摘要】: 隨著中國(guó)教育體制改革進(jìn)程的加快,教師的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越引起大家的關(guān)注。如何提高教師質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的教師成為中國(guó)教師教育改革的焦點(diǎn)。雖然中國(guó)自古以來(lái)就要尊師重教的傳統(tǒng),但我國(guó)至今還沒(méi)有制定統(tǒng)一的優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在選拔和評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)秀教師方面也存在某些問(wèn)題。 美國(guó)是世界上制定教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較完善的國(guó)家之一,雖然以全美專業(yè)教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委員會(huì)為代表的民間機(jī)構(gòu)制定的優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并不是官方行為,但其所帶來(lái)的積極的影響卻引起了廣泛的關(guān)注。它不僅為教師提供了行為規(guī)范,明確優(yōu)秀教師應(yīng)該知道的和必須做的,而且促進(jìn)了美國(guó)廣大中小學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高和教師專業(yè)化的發(fā)展。因此,了解美國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不僅有助于我們借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立合理的優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且有助于我們更好的提高師資水平,促進(jìn)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文的基本框架如下:首先提出選題的背景和理論依據(jù),分析美國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容體系和實(shí)施程序,并在分析美國(guó)優(yōu)秀英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出美國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示,以便于我們更好的了解美國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師的評(píng)價(jià)的全過(guò)程,從而為我國(guó)的優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the reform of China's education system, the quality of teachers has attracted more and more attention. How to improve the quality of teachers and cultivate excellent teachers has become the focus of teacher education reform in China. Although China has a tradition of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education since ancient times, China has not yet formulated a unified evaluation standard for outstanding teachers, and there are also some problems in the selection and evaluation of excellent teachers. The United States is one of the most perfect countries in the world to establish teacher evaluation standards, although the standards of excellent teachers made by non-governmental organizations, represented by the National Council of Professional Teaching Standards, are not official acts. However, its positive impact has aroused widespread concern. It not only provides teachers with a code of conduct, defines what a good teacher should know and must do, but also promotes the improvement of teaching quality and the development of teacher specialization in American primary and secondary schools. Therefore, understanding the evaluation standards of American excellent teachers is not only helpful for us to draw lessons from our experience and establish reasonable evaluation standards for excellent teachers, but also helps us to better improve the level of teachers and promote the development of education in our country. The basic framework of this paper is as follows: firstly, the background and theoretical basis of the topic are put forward, and the content system and implementation procedure of the evaluation standard of American excellent teachers are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the evaluation standards of American excellent English language teachers, this paper summarizes the characteristics, experience and enlightenment of the evaluation standards of American excellent English teachers, so as to facilitate us to better understand the whole process of the evaluation of American excellent teachers. In order to provide some experience for the evaluation standard of excellent teachers in our country.
