認(rèn)知行為團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)改善高職新生抑郁情緒的實驗研究

【摘要】: 研究背景:抑郁是一種常見的負(fù)性情緒,在高職生群體中,隨著競爭的激烈和就業(yè)的壓力,高職生抑郁的發(fā)生率呈現(xiàn)不斷增長的趨勢,中輕度抑郁的學(xué)生在數(shù)量上遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過重度抑郁癥患者,且對個體和社會造成的消極影響不亞于抑郁癥患者。本文通過對高職新生實施認(rèn)知行為團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),探討認(rèn)知行為團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對改善高職新生抑郁情緒的作用,對高職院校心理健康輔導(dǎo)具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 研究目的:(1)了解高職新生抑郁情緒的基本狀況;(2)探索認(rèn)知行為團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對改善高職新生的自尊、自動思維、應(yīng)付方式、社會支持及其對抑郁情緒改善的意義。 研究對象及方法:以山西省某高職院校2008年入校的945名專科新生為基線調(diào)查對象,用臨床癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)、抑郁體驗問卷(DEQ)作為基線測量工具;通過一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出被試76名,隨機分為實驗組和對照組,采用自動思維問卷(ATQ)、抑郁體驗問卷(DEQ)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)、應(yīng)對方式行為評定量表、自尊量表、社會支持評定量表(SSES)、自編的團(tuán)體活動成員反饋表作為團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)前后測量工具;采用SPSS13.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,用均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計描述,采用t檢驗、方差分析、多元逐步回歸分析等統(tǒng)計方法進(jìn)行分析,P0.05有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 研究結(jié)果: (1)基線調(diào)查結(jié)果:本研究顯示,SCL-90檢測出抑郁因子≥2的人占14.3%,有127人;抑郁自評的測查中,輕度和中度抑郁的人數(shù)有262人,占總調(diào)查人數(shù)的29.7%,重度抑郁16人,占1.8%。 (2)團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)效果評價:團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)前后抑郁自評得分、抑郁體驗總分、抑郁體驗無助因子、內(nèi)射因子、自動思維得分、自尊得分、應(yīng)付方式解決問題因子、求助因子、自責(zé)因子、社會支持總分、客觀社會支持因子、主觀社會支持因子、對支持的利用度因子差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);入選水準(zhǔn)為0.05,剔除水準(zhǔn)為0.10,逐步回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,影響抑郁自評改變量的主要因素有組別、自動思維改變量、內(nèi)射改變量、退避改變量。 結(jié)論:認(rèn)知行為團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)對于改善高職生抑郁情緒是有效的;團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)可以改善高職生的自尊、自動思維、應(yīng)付方式以及社會支持,這對改善大學(xué)生的抑郁體驗和抑郁自評都是有效的。
[Abstract]:Background: depression is a common negative emotion. In higher vocational students, with the intense competition and the pressure of employment, the incidence of depression in higher vocational students is increasing, and the students with mild depression are far more than those with severe depression, and the negative effects on individual and society are no less than depression. In this paper, the effect of cognitive behavior group guidance on the depression of Higher Vocational Freshmen is discussed by implementing group guidance of cognitive behavior in Higher Vocational College, which has important theoretical and practical significance for psychological health guidance in higher vocational colleges.
The purpose of this study is: (1) to understand the basic status of depression in Higher Vocational Freshmen; (2) to explore the significance of cognitive behavior group guidance on improving the self-esteem, automatic thinking, coping style, social support and the improvement of depression in higher vocational college students.
Subjects and methods: 945 junior college students enrolled in a higher vocational college in Shanxi province were used as baseline survey subjects in 2008. The clinical symptom self rating scale (SCL-90), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and depression experience questionnaire (DEQ) were used as baseline measurement tools, and 76 subjects were selected by certain criteria and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Automatic thinking questionnaire (ATQ), depression experience questionnaire (DEQ), self rating Depression Scale (SDS), coping style behavior assessment scale, self-esteem scale, social support rating scale (SSES), self-made group members feedback table as a measurement tool before and after group counseling; statistical analysis using SPSS13.0, using mean and standard deviation to make statistical drawings. The data were analyzed by t test, ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis. P0.05 was statistically significant.
The results of the study:
(1) the results of the baseline survey: This study showed that 14.3% of the people with depressive factors more than 2 were detected by SCL-90, and 127 were found. There were 262 people with mild to moderate depression, 29.7% of the total number of respondents, 16 of severe depression, and 16 in 1.8%..
(2) group guidance effect evaluation: depression self evaluation score, depression experience total score, depression experience helplessness factor, injective factor, automatic thinking score, self-esteem score, coping style problem solving factor, help factor, self reproach factor, social support total score, objective social support factor, subjective social support factor, support benefit There were statistical significance (P0.05), the level of admission was 0.05, and the elimination level was 0.10. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the depressive self evaluation variables were group, automatic thinking change, injective change and withdrawal change.
Conclusion: cognitive behavior group psychological counseling is effective to improve the depression of higher vocational students. Group psychological guidance can improve the self-esteem, automatic thinking, coping style and social support of higher vocational students, which are effective in improving the depression experience and self evaluation of depression.
