【摘要】： 思想政治教育是作為主體的人與作為客體的思想道德文化之間的雙向建構(gòu)活動。在這個活動過程中,一方面實現(xiàn)了人的思想道德素質(zhì)發(fā)展與完善,另一方面實現(xiàn)了社會思想道德文化的發(fā)展與進步,由此,思想政治教育的存在與發(fā)展成為人的發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展的必然要求。思想政治教育的有效性長期以來一直是人們關(guān)心的話題。社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期,傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育的弊端日漸顯露。因此思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新性研究既是思想政治教育發(fā)展的客觀需要,又是深化思想政治教育基本理論研究和促進思想政治教育學(xué)科發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。 活動教育理論在西方有著上百年的歷史,對西方的教育理念持續(xù)產(chǎn)生著深刻且廣泛的影響。古今中外的許多思想家都從活動視角來認(rèn)識思想政治教育現(xiàn)象,為我們研究提供了歷史借鑒�；顒咏逃碚撏瑯佑衅鋱詫嵉恼軐W(xué)基礎(chǔ),文章從馬克思主義主體論,實踐論與認(rèn)識論以及交往論三個方面都進行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 反觀傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育理論是一種無主體性的、主知主義的教育觀。其教育方式停留于靜聽式、封閉式的學(xué)習(xí),以教師單一方向的傳授和灌輸思想政治教育知識為主要方式。這種教育觀將思想政治教育的內(nèi)容停留于認(rèn)知范圍,把“知道”等同于發(fā)展,將思想政治教育的功能停留于“得分”。思想政治教育由此疏離了現(xiàn)實生活。而活動思想政治教育是克服傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育弊端的途徑。 活動思想政治教育強調(diào)培養(yǎng)和諧發(fā)展的人格,強調(diào)學(xué)生對思想道德準(zhǔn)則的體驗反思過程,強調(diào)活動思想政治教育是學(xué)生在交往中相互作用的過程,是學(xué)生在教師指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范下的能動活動過程�；顒铀枷胝谓逃哪康氖桥囵B(yǎng)人“全面發(fā)展的人格”。這既要遵循思想政治教育規(guī)律,優(yōu)化活動思想政治教育過程,同時活動思想政治教育要堅持主體性、發(fā)展性和整體性的基本原則�；顒铀枷胝谓逃龖�(yīng)以良好的社會環(huán)境為依托,將活動體驗作為培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展主體思想道德素質(zhì)向社會化發(fā)展的重要推動力,使交往成為形成學(xué)生“全面發(fā)展的人格”的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a bidirectional construction activity between people as subject and ideological and moral culture as object. In the course of this activity, on the one hand, we have realized the development and improvement of people's ideological and moral quality, on the other hand, we have realized the development and progress of social ideological and moral culture. The existence and development of ideological and political education has become the inevitable requirement of human and social development. The effectiveness of ideological and political education has been a topic of concern for a long time. During the period of social transformation, the malpractice of traditional ideological and political education has been revealed day by day. Therefore, the innovative research of ideological and political education is not only the objective need of the development of ideological and political education, but also the internal requirement of deepening the basic theoretical research of ideological and political education and promoting the development of the subject of ideological and political education. The theory of active education has a history of more than a hundred years in the West, which has a profound and extensive influence on the western educational concept. Many thinkers at all times and from all over the world have come to know the phenomenon of ideological and political education from the perspective of activity, which provides us with historical reference for our research. The theory of active education also has its solid philosophical foundation. The article elaborates in detail from three aspects: Marxist subject theory, practice theory, epistemology and communication theory. On the other hand, the traditional theory of ideological and political education is a kind of non-subjective and subjective view of education. Its education means stay in the listening style, closed learning, the main way is to teach and inculcate the ideological and political education knowledge in the single direction of the teacher. This kind of view of education keeps the content of ideological and political education in the scope of cognition, equates "knowing" with development, and stops the function of ideological and political education at "score". Ideological and political education is thus alienated from real life. Active ideological and political education is a way to overcome the disadvantages of traditional ideological and political education. Active ideological and political education emphasizes the cultivation of harmonious personality, the experience and reflection process of students' ideological and moral norms, and the fact that active ideological and political education is the process of students' interaction in communication. It is the process of students' active activities under the guidance and regulation of teachers. The purpose of active ideological and political education is to cultivate a person's "all-round development personality". It is necessary to follow the law of ideological and political education, optimize the process of ideological and political education, and adhere to the basic principles of subjectivity, development and integrity. The activity ideological and political education should be based on the good social environment and take the activity experience as the important driving force for the cultivation and development of the subject's ideological and moral quality towards socialization. Making communication become an effective way to form students 'all-round development personality.
