【摘要】：正《中國教育改革前沿報告》(上海教育出版社2009年版)由一個總報告和七個子報告組成,圍繞合理解決保障基本教育需求與滿足多元教育需求矛盾這一問題,以當(dāng)代治理理論為分析視角,以上海浦東實踐為問題本源,給出了構(gòu)建地方教育公共治理結(jié)構(gòu)與服務(wù)體系的新模式,附錄里還附有反映推進改革歷程的大事記和典型案例的剖析。
[Abstract]:The Frontier report on China's Education Reform (Shanghai Education Press, 2009) consists of a general report and seven sub-reports, which revolves around the problem of reasonably resolving the contradiction between guaranteeing basic educational needs and satisfying multiple educational needs. From the perspective of contemporary governance theory and the practice of Pudong in Shanghai, this paper gives a new model to construct the public governance structure and service system of local education. Attached in the appendix are memorabilia and typical cases reflecting the process of promoting reform.
