文章摘要教育類APP的廣泛應(yīng)用對(duì)教育教學(xué)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。如何利用教育數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)有效的教育類APP,使其能夠解決教育中的實(shí)際問題是"數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)學(xué)校,分析變革教育"的時(shí)代下我們所面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。該文通過對(duì)美國(guó)教育部發(fā)布的《教育技術(shù)開發(fā)人員指南》手冊(cè)的解讀,梳理了美國(guó)"技術(shù)賦能學(xué)習(xí)"愿景下教育類APP能夠帶來(lái)的教育教學(xué)變革,系統(tǒng)介紹了教育類APP開發(fā)流程和影響因素,以及教育類APP開發(fā)的挑戰(zhàn)和建議。借鑒此手冊(cè),結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)分析和教育數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的相關(guān)研究,筆者提出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代教育類APP開發(fā),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)國(guó)家和地方對(duì)教育類APP開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)、資金和法律支撐,關(guān)注學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)安全和隱私,增加家庭的參與和混合式學(xué)習(xí)方式的支持,嵌入有效的評(píng)估機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育類APP的應(yīng)用可以有效輔助教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)決策,為學(xué)習(xí)者創(chuàng)造無(wú)縫的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

AbstrThe widely application of educational APP have made profound influence on education and teaching. How to develop effective educational APP which can solve practical problems using educational data becomes a realistic problem that we must to face in the ear of data driven school, analysis innovated education. By analyzing the manual named Ed Tech Developer's Guide of the US Department of Education, the paper has combed education and teaching innovation that the educational APP can bring under the vision for learning powered by technology, and then systematically introduced the educational APP development process and influential factors, as well as challenges and recommendations of the educational APP development. Combining the related research of learning analytics and educational data mining technology, the educational APP development of the internet era should strengthen national and local support from the data, the funding and the legislation, focus on student data security and privacy, increase the participation of family and the support of the blended learning, embed effective assessments, and thus, assisting teachers in teaching decision making and creating a seamless learning environment for learners can be achieved through the application of educational APP.
