【摘要】：積極心理健康教育是在繼承和整合積極心理健康、積極心理治療、積極心理學、積極教育諸方面思想和實踐的基礎上,根據(jù)構建社會主義和諧社會的需要而創(chuàng)立的以積極和發(fā)展為取向,有目的、有計劃地增進學生和國民心理健康的理論和實踐體系。其最大創(chuàng)新之處在于:旗幟鮮明地提出"沒有心理疾病≠心理健康",將"培養(yǎng)積極心理品質"擺在了"克服心理與行為問題"的前面,主張通過發(fā)展來化解問題,充分體現(xiàn)了教育的發(fā)展性、預防性功能。
