【摘要】：大學(xué)生心理需求研究是大學(xué)生心理健康教育的重要組成部分,通過(guò)心理需求研究,可以為大學(xué)生心理援助提供科學(xué)依據(jù),進(jìn)而推動(dòng)心理健康教育的發(fā)展。大學(xué)生作為一個(gè)特殊的群體,正處于青春發(fā)展期,心理發(fā)展有其獨(dú)特之處,根據(jù)美國(guó)心理學(xué)家埃里克森的自我同一性理論,大學(xué)生的主要成長(zhǎng)課題就是解決自我同一性與自我同一性混亂的沖突,因此,本文欲以埃里克森的自我同一性理論為基礎(chǔ),研究大學(xué)生心理需求的特點(diǎn),包括同一性危機(jī)與大學(xué)生心理需求,同一性階段論與大學(xué)生心理需求,大學(xué)生心理需求與心理援助體系構(gòu)建。通過(guò)研究,一方面分析了大學(xué)生有哪些心理需求,另一方面,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生自我同一性危機(jī)、階段與大學(xué)生心理需求關(guān)系的探討,為大學(xué)生心理援助體系的構(gòu)建提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The research of college students' psychological needs is an important part of college students' mental health education. Through the research of psychological needs, it can provide scientific basis for college students' psychological assistance, and then promote the development of mental health education. As a special group, college students are in the period of youth development, psychological development has its own unique place, according to American psychologist Eriksson's theory of self-identity, The main subject of college students' growth is to solve the conflict between self-identity and self-identity chaos. Therefore, this paper is based on Eriksson's theory of self-identity, and studies the characteristics of college students' psychological needs. It includes identity crisis and college students' psychological needs, identity stage theory and college students' psychological needs, college students' psychological needs and the construction of psychological assistance system. On the one hand, it analyzes the psychological needs of college students. On the other hand, it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of college students' psychological assistance system by discussing the crisis of self-identity and the relationship between the stage and the psychological needs of college students.
