面向復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)的整體性教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)模式探析

【摘要】: 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展以及高等教育大眾化時(shí)代的到來(lái),社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力成了職場(chǎng)上出奇制勝的法寶。大學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力以及綜合能力是就業(yè)能力的重要組成部分,然而我們?cè)诖罅康恼{(diào)查資料中發(fā)現(xiàn),目前大學(xué)生在求職過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出的突出缺陷恰恰是其綜合能力不強(qiáng)、實(shí)踐能力較弱,同時(shí)這也凸現(xiàn)出了我國(guó)大學(xué)教育中的弱點(diǎn)。 筆者通過(guò)不斷的探索與研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)大學(xué)教學(xué)中對(duì)復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的教學(xué)存在諸多不足之處,而這與大學(xué)生的綜合能力不強(qiáng)、實(shí)踐能力差的現(xiàn)狀有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系。因此筆者通過(guò)對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)的研究,依據(jù)復(fù)雜性理論、麥里恩伯爾的復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)理論、認(rèn)知彈性理論、認(rèn)知負(fù)荷理論等,構(gòu)建了有利于大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)和提高的面向復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)的整體性教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)模式。并以高等師范院校《現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)》課程為例,進(jìn)行了大量教學(xué)實(shí)踐探索。 論文首先對(duì)復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)及相應(yīng)的整體性教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了概述,在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)論述了我國(guó)大學(xué)生能力缺陷現(xiàn)狀與原因,指出大學(xué)教學(xué)中正視復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)的重要性;其次,分析了復(fù)雜性理論等理論中的隱喻教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了面向復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)的整體性教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)模式;然后,利用所構(gòu)建的模式進(jìn)行了教學(xué)實(shí)踐與相應(yīng)的教學(xué)測(cè)評(píng);最后,總結(jié)全文并提出了有待于進(jìn)一步研究和改進(jìn)的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the arrival of the era of popularization of higher education, the social competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the employment ability of college students has become the magic weapon of outlandish success in the workplace.The practical ability and comprehensive ability of college students is an important part of employment ability. However, we find in a large number of survey materials that the outstanding defect of college students in the process of seeking employment is precisely that their comprehensive ability is not strong.Practice ability is weak, at the same time, it also highlights the weakness of university education in our country.Through continuous exploration and research, the author finds that there are many deficiencies in the teaching of complex learning tasks in college teaching in China, which is closely related to the fact that the comprehensive ability of college students is not strong and the practice ability is poor.Therefore, through the research of a large number of literatures, according to the theory of complexity, the theory of complex learning, the theory of cognitive elasticity, the theory of cognitive load, the theory of complex learning, the theory of cognitive elasticity, the theory of cognitive load, etc.A comprehensive teaching design model for complex learning is constructed, which is beneficial to the cultivation and improvement of college students' employability.Taking the course of Modern Educational Technology as an example, a great deal of teaching practice has been carried out.At first, the thesis summarizes the complex learning and the corresponding integrated teaching design, discusses in detail the present situation and reasons of college students' ability defects on the basis of questionnaire investigation, points out the importance of facing up to the complex learning in college teaching, and secondly, points out the importance of facing up to complex learning in college teaching.On the basis of analyzing the metaphorical instructional design principles in the theory of complexity, this paper constructs a holistic instructional design model for complex learning, and then carries out teaching practice and corresponding teaching evaluation by using the constructed model.Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the problems to be further studied and improved.
