【摘要】：能否正確認(rèn)識、使用教師的"批評教育權(quán)",直接關(guān)系到教師教育教學(xué)工作的效率和育人質(zhì)量。不明晰的批評教育權(quán)是虛無的教育權(quán),只有明確了批評教育權(quán)的教育性導(dǎo)向、批評教育權(quán)的權(quán)利與義務(wù)之間的關(guān)系、批評教育權(quán)的行為規(guī)范、批評教育權(quán)的運行機制,批評教育權(quán)才是明晰的、真實的、可操作的。只有在處理好批評與懲罰、《未成年人保護法》與《教師法》、制度制訂與措施保障關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建制度化、明晰化的教育批評體系,才能使批評教育權(quán)發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:The correct understanding, teachers "criticism right to education, directly related to the teachers' work efficiency and the quality of education. Only in dealing with criticism and punishment," the law on the protection of minors "and" Teachers Law, system formulation and safeguard measures based on Department of system construction, clear criticism of the education system in order to make the right of criticism and education, play its due role.
