【摘要】： 隨著教育信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬學(xué)校逐漸發(fā)展成為一種比較流行的教育形式。其中基礎(chǔ)教育類的網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬學(xué)校發(fā)展尤為迅速,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行自主高效地學(xué)習(xí)成為越來越多的學(xué)生和家長青睞的學(xué)習(xí)方式,虛擬學(xué)校應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并迅猛發(fā)展。虛擬學(xué)校的成功運(yùn)作不僅需要政策支持和資金,還要有成熟的管理機(jī)制,包括對在線學(xué)習(xí)者、教師和在線學(xué)習(xí)資源的管理以及技術(shù)支持等。本文以美國南部地區(qū)虛擬學(xué)校的建設(shè)發(fā)展為對象,結(jié)合相關(guān)案例對以上各方面作了具體的研究,并嘗試總結(jié)對我國虛擬學(xué)校發(fā)展的借鑒和啟示。 本研究中的虛擬學(xué)校是指基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)教育類的虛擬學(xué)校,主要是面向初中和高中學(xué)校學(xué)生的。本文的研究工作主要包括三個部分：第一,闡述了虛擬學(xué)校及其相關(guān)概念的定義、分類以及國內(nèi)外虛擬學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本課題的背景、研究內(nèi)容以及意義。第二,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,系統(tǒng)描述了美國南部各州立虛擬學(xué)校的課程、教師教學(xué)以及在線資源服務(wù),同時闡述并分析了美國南部地區(qū)教育技術(shù)協(xié)會頒布的虛擬學(xué)校在線課程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及評價指標(biāo)、優(yōu)質(zhì)在線教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及在線教學(xué)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第三,從學(xué)術(shù)、政策和資金幾個方面,分析美國南部虛擬學(xué)校發(fā)展中的成功與障礙,并總結(jié)對我國虛擬學(xué)校未來發(fā)展的啟示。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究和案例研究的方法,文獻(xiàn)研究主要用于查閱虛擬學(xué)校的相關(guān)資料和報告,然后進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),從總體上把握美國南部地區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。案例研究則主要用于對美國南部幾個比較典型的州立虛擬學(xué)校進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education information and network technology, network virtual school has gradually developed into a more popular form of education.Among them, the network virtual school of basic education is developing very quickly. Using the network to learn independently and efficiently has become a popular learning method for more and more students and parents. Virtual school has emerged as the times require and developed rapidly.The successful operation of virtual schools requires not only policy support and funding, but also mature management mechanisms, including the management of online learners, teachers and online learning resources, as well as technical support.This paper takes the construction and development of virtual schools in the southern part of the United States as the object, makes concrete research on the above aspects in combination with relevant cases, and tries to sum up the lessons and revelations for the development of virtual schools in China.The virtual school in this study is a kind of virtual school based on network, which is mainly for middle school and high school students.The research work of this paper mainly includes three parts: first, the definition, classification and the development status of virtual school at home and abroad are expounded, and the background of this subject is put forward.Research content and significance.Secondly, combining with practical cases, this paper systematically describes the curriculum, teacher teaching and online resource services of virtual schools in the southern states of the United States.At the same time, the quality standard and evaluation index of virtual school online course, the standard of high quality online teacher and the standard of online teaching quality issued by the South American Educational Technology Association are expounded and analyzed.Third, from the academic, policy and funding aspects, this paper analyzes the success and obstacles in the development of virtual schools in the southern United States, and summarizes the implications for the future development of virtual schools in China.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research and case study, which is mainly used to consult the related materials and reports of virtual schools, and then to analyze and summarize, to grasp the development situation of the southern part of the United States in general.Case studies are mainly used to analyze several typical state virtual schools in the southern United States.
