【摘要】： 毛澤東是中國現(xiàn)代偉大的無產(chǎn)階級革命家、政治家、思想家、戰(zhàn)略家和教育家,是中國人民的領袖和導師。他學貫中西,氣象博大,思想內(nèi)容極為豐富極為深邃。他的教育思想是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分,它融合了中西文化教育思想中的精髓,主要表現(xiàn)在他的教育思想中既有傳統(tǒng)思想的深刻烙印,又深受西方教育思想的影響,同時又繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義教育思想。毛澤東教育倫理思想是毛澤東教育思想的核心,它的內(nèi)容之豐富、范圍之廣泛、影響之深遠,在中國教育史上是無與倫比的。毛澤東的革命教育觀、平等教育觀、三育并重觀、尊師重教觀和終身學習觀構成了他的教育倫理思想的基本觀點,其中革命教育觀是他的教育倫理思想的核心,即用無產(chǎn)階級思想改造人心、改造社會,以培養(yǎng)無產(chǎn)階級革命事業(yè)的接班人,這也是我國教育與西方資本主義國家的教育的根本區(qū)別所在。毛澤東的教育倫理思想對中國軍隊建設、黨員干部教育、革命人才的成長、新中國的教育事業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。毛澤東的教育倫理思想在指導中國革命和建設的實踐中,既取得了重大的成就,但同時也留下了一些遺憾,這主要表現(xiàn)在三個方面:革命教育的理想與現(xiàn)實的差異;大眾教育的理想與現(xiàn)實的差異;“雷鋒”式教育理想與現(xiàn)實的差異。在教育現(xiàn)代化的坐標上,作為一種教育價值追求與教育思想來審視毛澤東教育倫理思想,今昔映襯,毛澤東教育倫理思想依然散發(fā)著真理的光芒,對當代的教育改革依然具有十分重要的指導價值。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong is the great modern Chinese proletarian revolutionist, politician, thinker, strategist and educator, and the leader and mentor of the Chinese people.He studied Chinese and Western, the weather is broad, the ideological content is extremely rich and profound.His educational thought is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. It combines the essence of Chinese and Western cultural and educational thought, which is mainly manifested in his educational thought, which has not only the deep imprint of traditional thought, but also the influence of western educational thought.At the same time, it inherits and develops Marxist educational thought.Mao Zedong's educational ethics thought is the core of Mao Zedong's educational thought. Its rich content, wide scope and far-reaching influence are unparalleled in the history of Chinese education.Mao Zedong's concept of revolutionary education, equal education, equal education, respect for teachers and lifelong learning constitute the basic viewpoints of his educational ethics thought, among which revolutionary education view is the core of his educational ethics thought.That is to say, the idea of proletariat is used to transform people's minds and society, so as to train the successors of proletarian revolutionary cause, which is also the fundamental difference between education in China and that in western capitalist countries.Mao Zedong's educational ethics thought has exerted profound influence on the construction of Chinese army, the education of Party members and cadres, the growth of revolutionary talents and the educational cause of New China.Mao Zedong's educational ethics thought has made great achievements in guiding the practice of Chinese revolution and construction, but at the same time it has left some regrets, which is mainly manifested in three aspects: the difference between the ideal and reality of revolutionary education;The difference between ideal and reality in mass education and the difference between ideal and reality in Lei Feng type education.In the coordinate of educational modernization, as a kind of educational value pursuit and educational thought, Mao Zedong's educational ethics thought is examined. Against the background of present and past, Mao Zedong's educational ethics thought still radiates the ray of truth.It still has very important guiding value to the contemporary education reform.
