【摘要】：寬基教育是從學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā),關(guān)注全體師生個(gè)性、能力與智慧的自我生成、自我發(fā)展、自我創(chuàng)新和自我完善,構(gòu)建融知識(shí)、技能、體質(zhì)、人格四位為一體,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面、和諧、健康發(fā)展的教育體系。濟(jì)南市勝利大街小學(xué)對(duì)寬基教育內(nèi)涵和實(shí)質(zhì)進(jìn)行了深入的學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)校在發(fā)現(xiàn)兒童、解放兒童、發(fā)展兒童、教師素質(zhì)等方面開展了實(shí)踐探索,重建學(xué)校教學(xué)文化,構(gòu)建起多元化校本課程體系,有力地促進(jìn)了學(xué)生個(gè)性的發(fā)展,使每個(gè)學(xué)生的潛能得到了充分挖掘。
