【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)科大學(xué)生人格特征,為心理健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)抽取河北北方學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)395名在校大學(xué)生,采用16項個性因素測量表(16PF)進(jìn)行人格特征測量。結(jié)果與全國大學(xué)生常模比較,臨床醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)生聰慧性、恃強性、有恒性、敏感性、實驗性、緊張性得分明顯低于常模(P0.05)。男生穩(wěn)定性、敢為性、懷疑性得分(14.02,12.42,9.52)明顯高于女生(12.49,11.36,8.89)(P0.05),而樂群性、敏感性和幻想性女生(11.02,10.77,13.93)明顯高于男生(9.52,9.76,12.83)(P0.05)。城市學(xué)生恃強性、興奮性、敢為性、敏感性、幻想性得分(12.89,15.77,12.76,10.88,14.07)明顯高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生(P0.01)。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)生普遍表現(xiàn)為謙遜、理智、平和,但保守、抽象思考能力弱。不同性別及城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生表現(xiàn)特征不同,應(yīng)有針對性的進(jìn)行心理健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the personality characteristics of medical college students and to provide basis for mental health education.Methods A total of 395 college students majoring in clinical medicine in Hebei North University were randomly selected and personality characteristics were measured by 16 personality factor scales (16PFs).Results compared with the national norm, the scores of intelligence, strength, consistency, sensitivity, experiment and tension of clinical medical college students were significantly lower than those of the norm (P 0.05).Urban students' scores of strong, excitatory, aggressive, sensitive and fantasy were significantly higher than those of rural students (P 0.01).Conclusion Clinical medical college students are generally modest, rational, peaceful, but conservative, abstract thinking ability is weak.Different gender and urban and rural students' performance characteristics should be targeted mental health education.
