【摘要】：本研究嘗試探討自我調(diào)節(jié)定向?qū)處煹慕】邓刭|(zhì)的預(yù)測(cè)作用,并考察情緒在其中的可能的中介作用。采用《自我定向調(diào)節(jié)問卷》、《正性和負(fù)性情感檢核表》、《一般心理健康量表》和工作滿意度、家庭滿意度的測(cè)量問卷對(duì)溫州市共227名中學(xué)教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)自我定向調(diào)節(jié)的兩個(gè)維度:促進(jìn)定向和防御定向都能正向預(yù)測(cè)教師的心理健康、工作滿意度和家庭滿意度。(2)情緒可以中介這一作用:促進(jìn)定向的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用被積極情緒所中介,而防御定向的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用被消極情緒所中介。結(jié)果對(duì)健康領(lǐng)域的研究的可能啟發(fā),以及對(duì)心理咨詢的可能意義在后文中進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:This study attempts to explore the predictive effect of self-regulating orientation on teachers' health quality. The possible mediating role of emotion was investigated by using Self-directed Adjustment questionnaire, positive and negative emotion Checklist, General Mental Health scale and Job satisfaction. A total of 227 middle school teachers in Wenzhou were investigated by family satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed that the two dimensions of self-orientation regulation: promoting orientation and defensive orientation could positively predict teachers' mental health. Job satisfaction and family satisfaction. 2) emotion mediates this role: positive predictive effects that promote orientation are mediated by positive emotions. The positive predictive effect of defense orientation is mediated by negative emotions. Results the possible implications of the study on health and the possible significance of psychological counseling are discussed later.
