【摘要】：教育改革成功與否、順暢與否、代價(jià)幾何,從根本上講,不僅依靠革新,而且也依靠其對當(dāng)下社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的適應(yīng)性。區(qū)域教育變革的成功推進(jìn)依賴于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)制度、區(qū)域文化、教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等復(fù)雜性場域,需要從提防普遍主義危險(xiǎn)、堅(jiān)守本土主義路向、立足教育自身變革等理念適用性和實(shí)踐有效性維度超越場域依賴,尋求區(qū)域教育變革成功推進(jìn)的實(shí)踐智慧。
[Abstract]:Whether or not the educational reform is successful, smooth or not, and the cost of the reform, fundamentally speaking, depends not only on innovation, but also on its adaptability to the present social reality. The successful promotion of regional educational reform depends on the economic and social system, regional culture, and so on. Educational leadership and other complex field, need to guard against the danger of universalism, adhere to the path of nativism, based on the concept of change in education and practical effectiveness dimension beyond the field dependence. To seek practical wisdom for the successful promotion of regional educational reform.
