【摘要】：教育公平是一種理想,也是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)努力追求的目標(biāo)之一。教育公平問(wèn)題在我國(guó)目前已引起了人們極大的關(guān)注。國(guó)際教育界倡導(dǎo)的全納教育思想,為我們認(rèn)識(shí)教育公平問(wèn)題提供了一個(gè)很好的思考角度。全納教育注重人的受教育權(quán)利,認(rèn)為受教育權(quán)利是教育公平的前提,保障受教育權(quán)是實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平的基礎(chǔ),教育公平有賴于全納教育的實(shí)踐。因此,普通學(xué)校開(kāi)展全納教育可以為實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平、走向和諧社會(huì)打好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Educational fairness is an ideal and one of the goals pursued by countries all over the world. At present, the issue of educational equity has aroused great concern in our country. All inclusive education pays attention to the human's right to receive education, and holds that the right to education is the premise of education equity, and the guarantee of the right to education is the basis for realizing education equity. Education equity depends on the practice of inclusive education. Therefore, the development of inclusive education in ordinary schools can lay a good foundation for achieving educational fairness and moving towards a harmonious society.
