【摘要】：教育均衡發(fā)展是國(guó)際社會(huì)的共同訴求。新世紀(jì)的日本在教育的地方分權(quán)與限制緩和的推動(dòng)下,其基礎(chǔ)教育更加注重內(nèi)涵式均衡發(fā)展,其中愛知縣犬山市的教育改革取得了矚目的成績(jī)。在"犬山的孩子由犬山來培養(yǎng)"這一理念指引下,犬山市通過市教育委員會(huì)的重組與功能強(qiáng)化及深化課程改革、"創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校"等舉措,特別注重通過學(xué)校內(nèi)部改革來探索以一種嶄新的學(xué)校文化引領(lǐng)基礎(chǔ)教育階段學(xué)校實(shí)現(xiàn)均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of education is the common demand of the international community. With the promotion of decentralization and relaxation of restrictions in education in the new century, Japan's basic education pays more attention to the balanced development of connotation. Among them, the education reform in Kenshan City, Aichi County, has made remarkable achievements. Under the guidance of the concept of "the children of Dog Mountain are brought up by Dog Mountain," Through the reorganization and functional strengthening of the Municipal Education Commission and deepening the curriculum reform, Kenshan City has taken measures such as "establishing a learning school", etc. Special attention is paid to exploring a brand-new school culture to lead the school to achieve balanced development in the basic education stage through the reform of school interior.
