【摘要】:雖然臺灣學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)在華人社會的學(xué)校教育中具有“樣本意義”與“樣板價值”,但臺灣學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的發(fā)展迄今還是一個尚未進行系統(tǒng)化研究的領(lǐng)域。本研究從歷史與現(xiàn)實兩個角度,采用“縱橫貫通”與“史論結(jié)合”的研究思路,通過文獻法、歷史比較、個案研究、口述歷史(訪談)以及現(xiàn)場考察等方法,對學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的發(fā)展作較為系統(tǒng)的研究。 臺灣學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的興起是一種歷史的必然。50多年來,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)歷經(jīng)以下發(fā)展進程并體現(xiàn)不同的發(fā)展任務(wù)與發(fā)展特征:(1)20世紀50年代中期,在多種因素的共同作用下,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)開始萌芽。其中,僑生教育成為直接的推動力量,僑生輔導(dǎo)成為學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的開端。(2)20世紀60年代初、中期,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)進行了一系列實驗探索,為其建制積累了經(jīng)驗,奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(3)20世紀60年代后期至70年代,以“九年國教”在國中全面推行輔導(dǎo)工作為標志,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)正式建制并成為一種教育制度。(4)20世紀80年代,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)進入一個全面推展與不斷完善的階段,并形成了較為完整的輔導(dǎo)工作體系。(5)20世紀90年代初至90年代中后期,隨著“輔導(dǎo)工作六年計劃”的制定與實施,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的專業(yè)效能得到全面提升。(6)20世紀90年代后期至今,伴隨著教育改革運動的“統(tǒng)整”理念及政策變革,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)在充滿爭議中進行著艱難的轉(zhuǎn)型。 在半個多世紀的歷史進程中,臺灣學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的發(fā)展具有自身突出的特點,有自己的成功經(jīng)驗,也有一些不足及存在的問題。同時,學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)的發(fā)展正面臨著機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。而這些,也都給正處于探索推進階段的我國大陸學(xué)校心理健康教育帶來諸多有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Although school guidance in Taiwan has "sample significance" and "model value" in school education in Chinese society, the development of school guidance in Taiwan has not yet been systematically studied. Through the methods of literature, historical comparison, case study, oral history (interview) and field investigation, this paper makes a systematic study on the development of school guidance. The rise of school guidance in Taiwan has been a historical necessity for more than 50 years. In the past 50 years, school guidance has gone through the following development processes and embodied different development tasks and characteristics. In the middle of 50s of the 20th century, under the joint action of various factors, School tutoring began to sprout. Among them, education of overseas Chinese students became a direct driving force, and guidance for overseas Chinese students became the beginning of school tutoring. At the beginning of 60s, in the middle of the 20th century, school tutoring conducted a series of experimental exploration and accumulated experience for its establishment. From the late 60s to 70s of the 20th century, the school guidance system was formally established and became an educational system from 80s in the 20th century, marked by the comprehensive implementation of the guidance work in the middle school by the Nine-Year State Church. School tutoring has entered a stage of comprehensive development and continuous improvement, and has formed a relatively complete guidance work system. From the beginning of 90s to the middle and late 90s of the 20th century, with the formulation and implementation of the "six years of Counseling work Plan", The professional efficiency of school guidance has been comprehensively promoted. Since the late 90s of the 20th century, with the reform of the educational reform movement's "integration" concept and policy, the school guidance is undergoing a difficult transition in the controversy. In the course of more than half a century of history, the development of school guidance in Taiwan has its own outstanding characteristics, its own successful experience, as well as some shortcomings and problems. At the same time, The development of school guidance is facing both opportunities and challenges, and all of these have brought a lot of beneficial enlightenment to the mental health education of schools in mainland China, which is in the stage of exploration and promotion.
