【摘要】：目的了解中學生心理健康狀況與應對方式之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,為中學生心理健康教育提供參考。方法采用分層隨機整群抽樣方法,對1584名中學生進行中國中學生心理健康量表和中學生應對方式量表測試,以典型相關(guān)分析探討兩組變量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果心理健康狀況與應對方式的第一典型相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.648(P0.01),累積貢獻率為71.826%。典型變量U1主要反映情緒應對維度的發(fā)泄情緒(-0.866)、幻想/否認(-0.794)、忍耐(-0.545)、逃避(-0.552)4個因子;典型變量V1在心理健康量表的10個因子上的負荷較均勻,可以綜合概括心理健康狀況。結(jié)論中學生越是采用情緒應對的方式,心理健康狀況越差。針對性的心理健康教育應以改變情緒應對的方式為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the correlation between mental health status and coping style of middle school students, and to provide reference for mental health education of middle school students. Methods stratified random cluster sampling was used. The mental health scale and coping style scale of Chinese middle school students were tested on 1 584 middle school students. Results the first canonical correlation coefficient between mental health and coping style was 0.648 (P 0.01). The cumulative contribution rate was 71.826. The typical variable U1 mainly reflected the emotional response dimension of venting emotion -0.866, fantasy / denial of -0.794, tolerance to 0.545). Escape factor -0.552); The load of the typical variable V1 on the 10 factors of the mental health scale is more uniform, which can comprehensively summarize the mental health status. Conclusion the more middle school students adopt the emotional coping style. The worse the state of mental health, the more appropriate mental health education should be to change the emotional coping style.
