【摘要】： 以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及多媒體技術(shù)為代表的信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展給教育帶來了深刻變革,同時教與學(xué)的大量研究成果越來越充分地表明教師是制約學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量、影響學(xué)生成績的最為重要的因素。在這樣的時代背景下,迫切需要教師盡快實現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)型教師向信息時代新型教師的轉(zhuǎn)變,而信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)是實現(xiàn)這種轉(zhuǎn)變的重要途徑。學(xué)校中出現(xiàn)的問題是校本培訓(xùn)的起點,解決這些問題、提高教師教育教學(xué)能力,促進學(xué)校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展則是培訓(xùn)的歸宿。 本研究充分利用案例學(xué)校現(xiàn)有的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源對教師開展信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn),揚長避短,有針對性地探索出一些適用的培訓(xùn)模式、培訓(xùn)方法、交流方式以及評價手段,以期望為后續(xù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的校本培訓(xùn)提供一些指導(dǎo)與幫助。 本研究采用行動研究法、文獻調(diào)研、問卷調(diào)查、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)及個案研究法對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料和研究進行比較,對案例學(xué)校當前存在問題、教師信息技術(shù)技能基本現(xiàn)狀以及培訓(xùn)狀況進行問卷調(diào)查。以終身學(xué)習、教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展、主體需要和斯皮克的教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)先發(fā)展等理論為指導(dǎo),對在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下教師信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)的方法、模式、反饋及交流、評價手段等進行了設(shè)計與實踐。論文共分六個部分： 第一章介紹了選題背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、課題研究的內(nèi)容、方法、手段以及課題研究的意義；第二章介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下開展教師信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論,從各個理論角度對網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下開展信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)提供了強大的支撐；第三章介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下教師信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)的需求調(diào)查與分析,介紹了調(diào)查對象、目的、方法,并使用SPSS for Windows13對結(jié)果進行了詳細的分析,為后續(xù)研究奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)；第四章介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下教師信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)的設(shè)計,其中介紹了培訓(xùn)所依托的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺”、校本培訓(xùn)總體設(shè)計以及案例設(shè)計,為后續(xù)實踐指明了方向；第五章介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下教師信息技術(shù)校本培訓(xùn)的實踐以及效果分析,對實踐中得出的一些基本經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)加以總結(jié),并采用質(zhì)性評價的方法對實踐成果進行了詳細的分析；第六章主要介紹了研究的總結(jié)與展望,在對本研究進行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)的同時,也指出了本研究的不足之處,并對后續(xù)研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology and multimedia technology has brought profound changes to education, teaching and learning at the same time a large number of research results show that teachers are more and more fully control the quality of school education, the most important factor affecting student achievement. In this background, the urgent need to realize the transformation from the teacher the traditional teacher to the new teachers in the information era as soon as possible, the training of information technology is an important way to realize the transformation of the school. The problems in the school-based training is the starting point, to solve these problems, improve the teaching ability of teachers education, promote the sustainable development of the school is to train home.
The studies make full use of the existing school campus cyber source of information technology teachers to carry out school-based training, and to explore some suitable training mode, training methods, the way of communication and evaluation methods, to provide some guidance and help to the expectations of the school-based training in the network environment.
This research adopts action research method, literature research, questionnaire survey and case study method, summarize the experience of domestic and foreign literature and research compared to case school problems, conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers' information technology skills training. The basic status and status to lifelong learning, teachers' professional development, the need of subject and Speke the quality of teachers give priority to the development of the theory, method of model, under the network environment of teachers' information technology school-based training, feedback and communication, evaluation methods for the design and practice. The thesis consists of six parts:
The first chapter introduces the background, research status, research contents, methods, means and significance of the research; the second chapter introduces the related theories of teachers' information technology school-based training under the network environment, from various theoretical perspectives on the network environment under the development of information technology school-based training provides a strong support; third the chapter introduces the investigation and Analysis on the needs of teachers' information technology school-based training under the environment of network, introduces the research object, purpose, method, for and Windows13 on the results of a detailed analysis of the use of SPSS for subsequent research has laid a good foundation; the fourth chapter introduces the design of teachers' information technology school-based training under network environment. The training on the "platform", the school-based training of overall design and case design, pointed out the direction for future practice; the fifth chapter The teachers' information technology school-based training under the environment of network practice and effect analysis on some basic experiences and lessons in the practice are summarized, and the method of qualitative evaluation on practical results are analyzed in detail; the sixth chapter mainly introduces the research summary and outlook, in a systematic summary of this study and also, points out the limitations of the study and follow-up research prospects.
