【摘要】： 中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師培訓(xùn)已成為教育技術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。結(jié)合作者讀研之前的工作經(jīng)歷,以及在與中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師的交流中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)行信息技術(shù)教師培訓(xùn)開展過程中存在諸多弊端。在當(dāng)前新課程改革的背景下,我省中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師培訓(xùn)的開展情況究竟如何、如何更好地促進(jìn)各種培訓(xùn)的展開,帶著這些問題筆者準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行本課題的一系列研究與探索。 本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前我省信息技術(shù)教師的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和教師的特征和需求,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)調(diào)研。就如何設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下信息技術(shù)教師培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)作了系統(tǒng)的闡述。并在相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,試著從教師教學(xué)實(shí)際的角度對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成后,筆者又進(jìn)行了跟蹤研究,通過學(xué)員在培訓(xùn)過程對(duì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的反應(yīng),并結(jié)合對(duì)學(xué)員的訪談和問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果以及存在的問題,提出了進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)建議。 研究結(jié)果表明,該培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)具有使用經(jīng)濟(jì)性、實(shí)踐試誤性和演練反復(fù)性,是實(shí)際教育培訓(xùn)的適宜補(bǔ)充和拓展。同時(shí),我們也希望通過本課題,為中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)的教育培訓(xùn)提供一種新的思路,提高教師教學(xué)技能,為教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展打好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:It has become a hot research topic in the field of educational technology training for information technology teachers. Combined with my previous work experience, as well as in communication and information technology teachers, I find that the existing information technology teacher training in process has many drawbacks. In the current context of the new curriculum reform, to carry out the training of information technology teachers in primary and middle schools in our province, how, how to better promote the various training, a series of research and exploration with these questions the author prepared in this paper.
In view of the current status of training teachers in our province of information technology in this paper, the existing problems and the characteristics and needs of teachers, carried out a detailed research on how to design and development of information technology teacher training system under the network environment were discussed. And under the guidance of the theory, try from the perspective of the actual teaching the design and development of the system. The system development is completed, the author has conducted a follow-up study, the participants in the training process of response to the system, combined with interviews and questionnaire survey of students, summarizes the implementation effect of the system and the existing problems, put forward suggestions for further improvement.
The results show that the training system is economical, practical and repeatable, practical training for complement and development. At the same time, we also hope that through this project, which provides a new idea for the education and training of information technology in primary and secondary schools, improve the teaching skills of teachers, to lay a good foundation for the professional development of teachers.
