在華留學(xué)生的文化智力和情緒智力對文化適應(yīng)壓力和抑郁的作用

國際教育交流項目為留學(xué)生和東道國雙方提供機(jī)遇,帶來許多互惠優(yōu)勢。然而,留學(xué)生在對東道國新的教育和社會文化環(huán)境的調(diào)整適應(yīng)過程中也將遇到很多挑戰(zhàn),這些挑戰(zhàn)可能導(dǎo)致文化適應(yīng)壓力和抑郁等負(fù)性心理健康問題,特別是在缺乏相應(yīng)的保護(hù)性措施或應(yīng)對策略的情況下。雖然有少數(shù)研究嘗試探索在華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)經(jīng)歷,但關(guān)于影響留學(xué)生心理適應(yīng)的個體差異因素的實證研究卻很少。鑒于此,本研究旨在探討文化智力和情緒智力等個體差異因素在文化適應(yīng)壓力和抑郁中的作用。被試樣本由506名留學(xué)生構(gòu)成,他們來自中國武漢的七所大學(xué)。被試完成成套自我報告問卷,以測量他們的文化智力、情緒智力、文化適應(yīng)壓力和抑郁癥狀。運(yùn)用分層回歸分析和路徑分析等統(tǒng)計方法進(jìn)行分析。分層回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,在控制社會人口學(xué)變量條件下,文化智力和情緒智力對文化適應(yīng)壓力和抑郁都有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測作用,表明情緒智力和文化智力水平較高的留學(xué)生的文化適應(yīng)壓力較低、抑郁癥狀較少。文化適應(yīng)壓力正向預(yù)測抑郁癥狀。分層回歸分析和路徑分析顯示,文化適應(yīng)壓力完全中介文化智力與抑郁的關(guān)系,部分中介情緒智力與抑郁的關(guān)系。本文的研究結(jié)果可用于培養(yǎng)國際學(xué)生的情緒智力和文化智力,從而提升他們在東...
