【摘要】：教育行政管理專業(yè)化是世界范圍內(nèi)教育管理體制改革的重要趨勢,主要體現(xiàn)在教育行政管理機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)化和教育行政管理人員專業(yè)化兩個(gè)方面。本文基于對(duì)我國地縣教育局長專業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的調(diào)查,結(jié)合對(duì)國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分析,提出了我國教育行政管理人員專業(yè)化建設(shè)的建議。
[Abstract]:The specialization of educational administration is an important trend in the reform of educational management system in the world, which is mainly reflected in the specialization of educational administrative institutions and the specialization of educational administrative personnel. Based on the investigation of the professional development of prefectural and county education directors in China and the analysis of international experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the professional construction of educational administrators in China.
