【摘要】：初任教師通常指入職一到三年的新教師,由于在職前教育中缺乏充分的角色實踐機會,初任教師未能完成角色社會化的任務(wù)。因此,初任教師在入職以后需要繼續(xù)社會化。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),初任教師無論是在職業(yè)價值的內(nèi)化、職業(yè)技能的掌握、職業(yè)規(guī)范的認(rèn)同,還是在職業(yè)性格的形成等方面,都存在不足。為此,需從創(chuàng)建良好的學(xué)校文化、完善初任教師入職制度、促進教師之間的社會互動和發(fā)展校本培訓(xùn)等方面著手促進初任教師繼續(xù)社會化。
[Abstract]:Junior teachers usually refer to new teachers who have been in service for one to three years. Due to the lack of sufficient opportunities for role practice in pre-service education, the junior teachers have not been able to complete the task of role socialization. Therefore, the new teacher needs to continue to socialize after entering the post. It is found that there are shortcomings in the internalization of professional value, the mastery of vocational skills, the identification of vocational norms, and the formation of professional character. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the socialization of junior teachers from the aspects of establishing a good school culture, perfecting the entry system of junior teachers, promoting the social interaction among teachers and developing school-based training.
