【摘要】：正近日,湖北省教育廳公布了《湖北省義務(wù)教育學(xué)校績效考核指導(dǎo)意見(試行)》,明確了績效考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。據(jù)悉,這一考核結(jié)果將作為績效工資分配的主要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Recently, Hubei Provincial Department of Education announced the Hubei compulsory Education School performance Assessment guidelines (trial), and defined the performance appraisal criteria. It is reported that the results of the assessment will be the main basis for the distribution of performance wages.
