e-Learning與線下培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)互動(dòng)策略的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】: 根據(jù)信息呈現(xiàn)和傳播的方式劃分,企業(yè)e-Learning培訓(xùn)和線下培訓(xùn)是培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域兩大培訓(xùn)形式。e-Leaning的優(yōu)點(diǎn)一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了面授培訓(xùn)的不足,促進(jìn)了教育培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展。但e-Leaning在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中仍碰到了很多問題,引起培訓(xùn)管理人員和e-Leaning設(shè)計(jì)人員的思考。筆者基于企業(yè)e-Learning培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題研究,通過文獻(xiàn)綜述和兩年混合培訓(xùn)開發(fā)的實(shí)踐分析,提出研究和設(shè)計(jì)e-Learning和線下培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的互動(dòng)策略。以混合學(xué)習(xí)思想為指導(dǎo),通過線下培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)與e-Learning培訓(xùn)的支持和互動(dòng)提高企業(yè)e-Learning培訓(xùn)的效果。 筆者以培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基本要素(培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)者特征、培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià))作為研究對(duì)象,從這五方面研究企業(yè)e-Learning培訓(xùn)與線下培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的互動(dòng)策略。通過互動(dòng)策略的應(yīng)用,以銷售初級(jí)崗位能力素質(zhì)模型中的“呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的能力”培訓(xùn)為例進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)模式和培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,以混合學(xué)習(xí)思想、參與式學(xué)習(xí)思想為指導(dǎo),突出系統(tǒng)性、實(shí)用性和參與性。 論文共分6章。第1章首先介紹本課題提出的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景和問題分析,進(jìn)而闡述課題研究的重要意義;第2章主要闡述與課題研究相關(guān)的理論綜述,并分析理論研究對(duì)本文的啟示。第3章、第4章是本文的主要內(nèi)容;诂F(xiàn)實(shí)和理論的研究背景,筆者在第3章從培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)者特征、培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)五方面研究e-Learning與線下培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的互動(dòng)策略。第4章筆者應(yīng)用互動(dòng)策略,以案例開發(fā)為背景設(shè)計(jì)具體的培訓(xùn)模式。最后兩章,筆者描述基于互動(dòng)策略的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中的實(shí)施情況,通過問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等闡明課題的研究結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了后續(xù)的研究方向。 在筆者二年研究實(shí)踐過程中,該互動(dòng)策略設(shè)計(jì)思想已經(jīng)在幾個(gè)課程系列的混合培訓(xùn)開發(fā)中得到運(yùn)用,在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中取得良好的反饋。同時(shí),在后續(xù)的開發(fā)過程中不斷完善。
[Abstract]:According to the way of information presentation and dissemination, enterprise e-Learning training and offline training are two major training forms in the field of training. The advantages of e-Leaning make up for the deficiency of face-to-face training to some extent, and promote the development of education and training. However, e-Leaning still encounters a lot of problems in enterprise training, which leads to the thinking of training managers and e-Leaning designers. Based on the research on the current situation and problems of enterprise e-Learning training, the author puts forward the interactive strategy of researching and designing e-Learning and offline training activities through literature review and practical analysis of two-year mixed training development. Under the guidance of mixed learning theory, the effect of enterprise e-Learning training is improved through the support and interaction between offline training activities and e-Learning training. The author takes the basic elements of the training system design (training content, training objectives, training environment, learner characteristics, training evaluation) as the research object, and studies the interactive strategies between e-Learning training and offline training activities from these five aspects. Through the application of interactive strategy, this paper takes the training of "the ability to present products" as an example to develop the training model and the training project. In the design process, the mixed learning thought and the participatory learning thought are used as the guidance to emphasize systematicness, practicability and participation. The thesis is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter introduces the realistic background and problem analysis of this topic, and then expounds the significance of the research. Chapter 2 mainly describes the theoretical summary related to the research, and analyzes the enlightenment of the theoretical research to this paper. Chapter 3, Chapter 4 is the main content of this paper. Based on the research background of reality and theory, the author studies the interactive strategies between e-Learning and offline training activities from five aspects: training content, training objectives, training environment, learner characteristics and training evaluation. In Chapter 4, the author uses interactive strategy to design specific training model based on case development. In the last two chapters, the author describes the implementation of the interactive strategy based training project in the enterprise training, clarifies the research conclusions through questionnaire survey, interview and data analysis, and puts forward the future research direction. In the course of two years' research and practice, the idea of interactive strategy design has been applied in the mixed training development of several course series, and good feedback has been obtained in the course of enterprise training. At the same time, in the follow-up development process constantly improve.
