幼兒師范女生心理健康、自尊的現(xiàn)狀、影響因素及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 我國(guó)學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展,需要大量身心健康發(fā)展的合格的學(xué)前教育師資。幼師女生是今天的受教育者,也是明天的教育者,心理健康對(duì)她們來(lái)說(shuō)顯得特別重要,既關(guān)系到她們自身素質(zhì)的發(fā)展,更關(guān)系到未來(lái)幼兒教師和幼兒素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。本文探討幼兒師范女生心理健康和自尊狀況、影響因素和對(duì)策。全文分引言、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法、研究結(jié)果、成因分析、對(duì)策研究六部分。文獻(xiàn)綜述部分對(duì)這一課題研究涉及的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,并介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的概況,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、研究目的、研究意義。本研究采用了王極盛《中國(guó)中學(xué)生心理健康量表》和Rosenberg《自尊量表》對(duì)430名幼師女生的心理健康和自尊現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。關(guān)于幼師女生心理健康和自尊現(xiàn)狀的研究結(jié)果表明:幼兒師范女生心理問(wèn)題檢出率為33.86%;排在影響幼兒師范女生心理健康前幾位的心理健康因子分別是學(xué)習(xí)壓力感、情緒不穩(wěn)定、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、適應(yīng)不良、人際關(guān)系敏感與緊張、焦慮,前四位的問(wèn)題檢出率都超過(guò)或接近50%,而在學(xué)習(xí)壓力、焦慮、適應(yīng)不良三項(xiàng)因子上,中度以上檢出率已超過(guò)或接近10%,應(yīng)該引起幼兒師范教育者的充分關(guān)注;從心理問(wèn)題檢出率角度觀(guān)察,幼兒師范女生群體中心理問(wèn)題存在較大的群體依次是單親家庭群體、學(xué)生干部群體、非獨(dú)生子女群體、農(nóng)村家庭群體和低年級(jí)群體;幼兒師范女生自尊處于較低水平;其自尊在年級(jí)之間的差異達(dá)到顯著水平,自尊與年級(jí)成反比;自尊在其家庭結(jié)構(gòu)即單親與雙親方面差異達(dá)到顯著水平,雙親家庭的自尊水平顯著高于單親家庭的自尊水平;幼兒師范女生的心理健康與其自尊發(fā)展水平密切相關(guān),其心理健康及各因子得分越高,自尊水平越低;低自尊與高自尊的幼師女生在抑郁、敵對(duì)、學(xué)習(xí)壓力感、焦慮四個(gè)因子上差異達(dá)到顯著性水平,低自尊組的四個(gè)因子顯示的健康水平顯著低于高自尊組幼師女生。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的討論分析,筆者認(rèn)為:幼兒師范女生面臨的主要心理問(wèn)題有:學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)問(wèn)題、人際關(guān)系類(lèi)問(wèn)題、情感類(lèi)問(wèn)題、人格心理問(wèn)題、性心理問(wèn)題、就業(yè)心理問(wèn)題。本研究在在對(duì)幼兒師范女生心理健康、自尊的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,論述分析了幼兒師范女生心理健康、自尊水平的影響因素:學(xué)生自身因素、家庭環(huán)境因素、社會(huì)環(huán)境因素和學(xué)校教育因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文提出了提高幼兒師范女生心理健康、自尊水平的三項(xiàng)對(duì)策:呼吁探索,優(yōu)化幼兒師范學(xué)校辦學(xué)的社會(huì)環(huán)境;不斷改革,打造高品位幼兒師范學(xué)校教育環(huán)境;家校合作,營(yíng)建優(yōu)良的家庭教育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The development of preschool education in China needs a large number of qualified preschool teachers. The girls in kindergarten teachers college are educators today and educators tomorrow. Mental health is especially important to them, which not only relates to the development of their own quality, but also to the development of teachers and children's quality in the future. This paper discusses the mental health and self-esteem, influencing factors and countermeasures. The full text is divided into six parts: introduction, literature review, research methods, research results, cause analysis and countermeasures. In the part of literature review, the related concepts of this subject are defined, and the general situation of related research at home and abroad is introduced. On the basis of this, the innovation, purpose and significance of this research are discussed. In this study, Wang Jisheng's Mental Health scale for Middle School students and Rosenberg's Self-esteem scale were used to investigate the mental health and self-esteem of 430 kindergarten normal school girls. The results of the study on the mental health and self-esteem of the girls in kindergarten normal school show that the detection rate of mental problems is 33.86; The first few mental health factors that affect the mental health of girls in normal school are learning stress, emotional instability, compulsive symptoms, poor adaptation, interpersonal sensitivity and tension, anxiety, etc. The detection rate of the first four problems is higher than or close to 50, but in the three factors of learning stress, anxiety and maladjustment, the detection rate of moderate or above is over or close to 10, which should be paid full attention to by preschool teachers. From the point of view of the detection rate of psychological problems, there are larger groups of psychological problems in the group of girls in kindergarten teachers' colleges: single parent family group, student cadre group, non-only child group, rural family group and lower grade group. The difference of self-esteem between grades is significant, and the self-esteem is inversely proportional to the grade. The difference of self-esteem between single parent and both parents was significant, and the level of self-esteem of two-parent family was significantly higher than that of single-parent family. The mental health of normal school girls is closely related to their self-esteem development level. The higher the scores of mental health and factors are, the lower the self-esteem level is. There were significant differences in depression, hostility, learning stress and anxiety between low self-esteem and high self-esteem preschool normal school girls. The health level of the four factors in low self-esteem group was significantly lower than that in high self-esteem group. Through the discussion and analysis of the investigation results, the author thinks that the main psychological problems faced by the schoolgirls are: learning problems, interpersonal relationship problems, affective problems, personality psychological problems, sexual psychological problems, and employment psychological problems. Based on the investigation of the present situation of mental health and self-esteem of girls in normal school, this study discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of mental health and self-esteem of girls in normal schools: students' own factors, family environment factors. Social environmental factors and school education factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve the mental health and self-esteem of the girls in normal school: to appeal to explore and optimize the social environment of running a school, to reform constantly, to create the educational environment of a high grade normal school for young children; Home-school cooperation to build a good family education environment.
