【摘要】：由教育行政管理改革帶動(dòng)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校布局調(diào)整和學(xué)校內(nèi)部管理改革是對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)教育重組的有益嘗試。本研究在討論教育行政管理改革對(duì)提高政府義務(wù)教育管理效率和解決農(nóng)村教師諸方面問(wèn)題的同時(shí),分析了教育管理責(zé)任逐級(jí)下沉、教學(xué)點(diǎn)消失和學(xué)生輟學(xué)的原因,提出確立縣級(jí)政府的管理主體地位和加強(qiáng)鄉(xiāng)村組織的監(jiān)管功能的建議。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of township school layout and the reform of school internal management driven by the reform of educational administration are beneficial attempts for the reorganization of township education. This research discusses the educational administration reform to improve the government compulsory education management efficiency and solve the problems of rural teachers, at the same time, it analyzes the causes of the gradual sinking of education management responsibility, the disappearance of teaching points and the students dropping out of school. Some suggestions are put forward to establish the main position of the county government and strengthen the supervision function of the rural organizations.
