初中生自我意識(shí)的發(fā)展及其與心理健康的關(guān)系

【摘要】: 自我意識(shí)是對(duì)自己的認(rèn)識(shí),是對(duì)于自己本身和自己與他人以及自己與社會(huì)關(guān)系的意識(shí)。自法國(guó)哲學(xué)家笛卡爾提出“自我意識(shí)”這一概念以來(lái),自我意識(shí)問(wèn)題開(kāi)始引起很多心理學(xué)家的探討,盡管學(xué)者們從不同的角度對(duì)自我意識(shí)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探究,但對(duì)人的自我意識(shí)的發(fā)展水平如何影響人的行為和活動(dòng)重視不夠。青少年的心理健康是他們走向現(xiàn)代化、走向世界、走向未來(lái)、建功立業(yè)的重要條件,許多調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)中學(xué)生的心理健康狀況不容樂(lè)觀,令人擔(dān)憂,且心理問(wèn)題有逐年上升的趨勢(shì)。心理健康問(wèn)題是個(gè)體因素與情境交互作用的結(jié)果,但作為重要的個(gè)體內(nèi)在變量的自我意識(shí)是否與心理健康存在著相關(guān)、如何對(duì)心理健康的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響,這一方面的研究不多。因此,本論文試圖以自我意識(shí)處于第二飛躍期的初中生為研究對(duì)象,探討自我意識(shí)對(duì)初中生心理健康影響的程度及自我意識(shí)諸因素對(duì)初中生心理健康的不同作用,以便為培養(yǎng)初中生積極的自我意識(shí)、促進(jìn)其心理健康發(fā)展提供一些有用的資料。 本論文采取量化與質(zhì)化相結(jié)合的方法,選取桂林市兩所普通學(xué)校的293名初中生為被試。量化研究采取了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,以PHSS和SCL—90為調(diào)查工具,分類(lèi)分析討論了現(xiàn)實(shí)條件下初中生自我意識(shí)、心理健康發(fā)展情況。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): 1.初中生自我意識(shí)發(fā)展存在年級(jí)差異,初中生的自我意識(shí)隨著年級(jí)的增高而不斷發(fā)展。具體說(shuō)來(lái),初一到初二發(fā)展較快,初二到初三發(fā)展速度較為緩慢,初二是自我意識(shí)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要時(shí)期。城市初中生各分量表得分及總分均高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生,存在顯著性差異。 2.初中生心理健康存在性別差異,男生比女生有比較明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。初中生心理健康存在年級(jí)差異,從初一到初二呈上升的趨勢(shì),初二到初三有所回落,但仍高于初一。初中二年級(jí)是初中生心理問(wèn)題最多的階段。 3.自我意識(shí)總分及各因子與心理健康的各因子及總分間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),即學(xué)生自我意識(shí)發(fā)展水平越高,在心理健康量表上的得分越低,心理健康水平越好;貧w分析進(jìn)一步表明,無(wú)論是總體心理健康,還是心理健康的各個(gè)因素,都可以至少由自我意識(shí)的另一個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)。 質(zhì)化研究以深入訪談為主,在量化的基礎(chǔ)上,,從兩項(xiàng)量表得分中篩選出得分較高的學(xué)生和得分較低的學(xué)生,從兩個(gè)學(xué)校分別選出六人進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的面談,同時(shí)部分家長(zhǎng)、老師和密友也作為個(gè)別訪談對(duì)象。從訪談中發(fā)現(xiàn):家庭對(duì)初中生自我意識(shí)的發(fā)展有著非常重要的影響,學(xué)校對(duì)初中生自我意識(shí)的發(fā)展僅次于家庭,同伴也是影響初中生自我意識(shí)發(fā)展的一個(gè)因素。 論文最后部分,向廣大教育者及家長(zhǎng)們提出建議,應(yīng)以新的高度認(rèn)識(shí)自我意識(shí)在心理健康教育中的作用,注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極的自我意識(shí),從而促進(jìn)其心理健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Self awareness is the understanding of yourself, for yourself and for yourself and others, and their social relations consciousness. "Since the French philosopher Descartes proposed the concept of self consciousness", self consciousness began to explore the cause many psychologists, scholars to explore the problem of ego consciousness from different angles, but the development level of human self-consciousness, how to influence the behavior and activity of enough people's attention. The mental health of young people is their way to modernization, to the world, into the future, an important condition for example, many survey results show that: China's mental health status of middle school students is not optimistic, worrying, and psychological problems have increased year by year mental health problems. The interaction of individual and situation of the results, but as an important individual variable self consciousness and heart Physical health are related, how to affect the development of mental health, not much research in this aspect. Therefore, this paper attempts to self consciousness in the junior middle school second leap period students as the research object, to explore the self consciousness influence on mental health of junior high school students and self consciousness factors have different effects on mental health junior high school students, so as to cultivate the students positive self consciousness, to provide some useful information to promote the development of mental health.
This thesis adopts the method of combining quantitative and qualitative, selected from two middle schools of Guilin 293 junior middle school students as subjects. The quantitative research adopted questionnaire survey method, using PHSS and SCL 90 as the survey tool, analyses the realistic conditions of junior middle school students' self consciousness, the development of health psychology. Results:
Self consciousness of 1. junior high school students have grade differences in the development of junior high school students' self consciousness and development as the grade increased. Specifically, the first to the second development, second to junior development speed is slow, the second is a very important period for the development of self-consciousness. And the scores were higher than that of the rural junior high school students in the city students, there are significant differences.
2. the mental health of junior high school students there are gender differences, boys have more obvious advantages than girls. The mental health of junior high school students grade differences exist, from the first to the second upward trend, the second to third somewhat lower, but still higher than the first. The second grade junior middle school is the psychological problems of junior high school students in the stage.
There is a significant negative correlation between the 3. self consciousness total score and each factor of mental health of each factor and the total score, namely the development of students' self-consciousness is higher in mental health scores lower mental health level is better. The regression analysis further indicates that both the overall mental health or mental health, all factors can by at least another index of self consciousness to predict.
The qualitative research with in-depth interviews, on the basis of the quantitative scores, from two selected high score students and low score students from two schools were selected six separate interviews, and some parents, teachers and friends as well as interviews. The interviews show that the family has a very important influence on the development of self consciousness of middle school students, School of junior students self consciousness after the family, a factor partner is a junior high school students self consciousness development.
In the last part of the paper, suggestions are put forward to educators and parents. We should recognize the role of self consciousness in mental health education with a new height, and pay attention to cultivating students' positive self-consciousness, so as to promote their mental health development.
