【摘要】：作為一個特殊的群體,面對學(xué)業(yè)、就業(yè)、生活等各方面的巨大壓力,研究生產(chǎn)生了激烈的心理沖突,其心理健康狀況受到了巨大的影響。近年來,因心理健康方面的原因而出現(xiàn)各種心理、行為偏差的研究生日益增多。研究生的心理健康問題逐漸引起了人們的重視。目前,在我國關(guān)于高校學(xué)生心理健康問題的研究已有很多,但多集中于對本、�？茖W(xué)生心理健康狀況的探討,而對研究生群體心理健康現(xiàn)狀的研究相對較少。 本次調(diào)查主要是要對研究生的心理健康狀況做全面的了解,并對其相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行探討,為找出行之有效的提高和改善研究生心理健康狀況的對策、更有效地做好研究生的教育和管理工作提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。 依照整群抽樣原則,在2004年10～11月間對河南省三所大學(xué)的496名碩士研究生及421名本科生(作為對照組),用自編一般情況問卷、癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、情緒穩(wěn)定性量表(EPQ-N)、應(yīng)付方式問卷及社會支持量表進(jìn)行測查,并將原始數(shù)據(jù)錄入計算機(jī),用SPSS for Windows 10.0統(tǒng)計軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。 本次調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),河南省研究生心理健康狀況略優(yōu)于本科生、但差于同齡青年(與全國青年常模比較);其心理問題檢出率為33.47%,中重度心理障礙癥狀的比率為7.26%。就總體而言,河南省研究生的心理健康狀況較差,應(yīng)給予高度重視。男性研究生、鄉(xiāng)村生源的研究生、二年級研究生的心理健康狀況較差,應(yīng)重點關(guān)注。研究生心理健康的主要影響因素有心理課程、求助意愿、情緒穩(wěn)定性、應(yīng)對方式及社會支持程度等,許且這些因素之間也具有相互影響作用。
[Abstract]:As a special group, facing the enormous pressure of study, employment, life and other aspects, graduate students have a fierce psychological conflict, their mental health has been greatly affected in recent years. Due to mental health reasons, a variety of psychological, behavioral deviations of graduate students are increasing. The mental health of graduate students gradually attracted the attention of people. At present. There are many researches on mental health of college students in our country, but most of them focus on the discussion of mental health status of college students, but there are few researches on the present situation of mental health of graduate students. The main purpose of this survey is to make a comprehensive understanding of the mental health status of graduate students, and to explore its related factors, in order to find out effective measures to improve and improve the mental health status of graduate students. More effectively do graduate education and management to provide scientific basis. According to the principle of cluster sampling, 496 graduate students and 421 undergraduates (as control group) from three universities in Henan Province from 2004 to November were investigated with a self-designed general situation questionnaire. Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), emotional Stability scale (EPQ-NN), coping style questionnaire and Social support scale (SSS) were tested, and the original data were recorded into the computer. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 10.0 software. It is found that the mental health status of postgraduates in Henan Province is slightly better than that of undergraduates, but is worse than that of young people of the same age (compared with the national youth norm). The detection rate of psychological problems is 33.47 and the rate of moderate and severe psychological disorders is 7.26. Generally speaking, the mental health status of graduate students in Henan Province is poor. Male graduate students, graduate students from rural areas, second-year graduate students' mental health status is poor, should focus on the main factors affecting the mental health of graduate students are psychological curriculum, desire to ask for help. Emotional stability, coping style and degree of social support also influence each other.
