【摘要】：本研究以585個(gè)中國初中、高中和大學(xué)青少年為被試，試圖從發(fā)展的角度研究青少年的依戀、自尊及其二者的關(guān)系。具體地，本研究的主要目的有三個(gè)。其一，考察青少年具體的依戀關(guān)系(父親依戀、母親依戀和同伴依戀)在整個(gè)青春期的發(fā)展變化情況；其二，考察青少年總體自尊以及自尊兩個(gè)維度(自我喜愛和自我能力)在整個(gè)青春期的發(fā)展變化情況；其三，考察具體的依戀關(guān)系對初中、高中和大學(xué)青少年的自我能力和自我喜愛的具體影響。 該論文共由三部分組成。第一部分為研究背景。主要對依戀的基本理論、青少年依戀的研究概況、自尊的本質(zhì)和發(fā)展、依戀和自尊關(guān)系的及其研究概況等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地回顧、歸納和整理。 第二部分為調(diào)查研究。首先，針對目前研究中存在的問題提出了研究設(shè)想和計(jì)劃。然后，分別以初中生、高中生和大學(xué)生為樣本對青少年的具體依戀關(guān)系、自尊(包括總體自尊和自尊的兩個(gè)維度)以及依戀和自尊的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究分析。最后，從發(fā)展的角度對不同樣本的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了縱向比較，試圖揭示依戀、自尊及其二者關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化規(guī)律。主要的研究結(jié)果如下： 1、關(guān)于青少年依戀：1)青少年的依戀系統(tǒng)不斷地分化并且分化方式有性別差異，女生比男生分化早；2)整個(gè)青春期，女生在父親依戀、母親依戀和同伴依戀上的得分都比男生高，說明女生比男生更強(qiáng)的卷入到人際關(guān)系中；3)青少年的同伴依戀在青春期保持相對穩(wěn)定，而青少年的父母依戀質(zhì)量在整個(gè)中學(xué)階段下降，在大學(xué)階段又有所回升；4)中學(xué)階段，父母依戀質(zhì)量下降模式同時(shí)受父母性別和青少年性別的共同影響——對同性別父母的依戀呈直線緩慢下降，對異性別父母的依戀呈曲線下降；5)無論性別和發(fā)展階段，青少年的母親依戀都高于父親依戀。 2、關(guān)于青少年自尊：1)無論性別和發(fā)展階段，中國青少年的自我喜愛水平高于自我能力水平；2)自尊的兩個(gè)維度中，自我喜愛在整個(gè)青春期保持穩(wěn)定，而自我能力則發(fā)生階段性變化——高中階段自我能力最低而大學(xué)和初中階段無差異；3)Rosenberg總體自尊在整個(gè)青春期保持相對穩(wěn)定，但若以自尊兩個(gè)維度之和作為總體自尊指標(biāo)，總體自尊在整個(gè)青春期有變化，高中青少年得分最低。 3、關(guān)于具體依戀關(guān)系對自尊的影響：1)青春期早期，父母和同伴對青少年的自我喜愛和自我能力都有顯著影響。但是，對男生而言，父親對自我喜愛的影響最大，而同伴對自我能力的影響最大；對女生而言，母親對自我喜愛和自我能力的影響都最大；2)青春期中期，，父母對青少年的自我喜愛和自我能力都沒有顯著影響，只有同伴對青少年的自我喜愛和自我能力有顯著影響；3)青春期晚期，父母和同伴對青少年的自我喜愛和自我能力都有顯著影響。但是，對男生而言，母親對自我喜愛的影響最大，而父親對自我能力的影響最大；對女生而言，父母對自我喜愛和自我能力的影響都最大。 論文的第三部分為研究的討論、總結(jié)和反思。本章首先對該研究的主要結(jié)果進(jìn)行了疏理、總結(jié)和解釋，然后指出了該研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義，最后分析了研究的不足之處并提出了可能的改進(jìn)方法。
[Abstract]:In this study , 585 Chinese junior middle school , high school and university youth were tried , trying to study the relationship between adolescents ' attachment , self - esteem and their relationship from the perspective of development . This thesis consists of three parts . The first part is divided into three parts : the basic theory of attachment , the research situation of adolescent attachment , the nature and development of self - esteem , the relationship between attachment and self - esteem , and the research situation of self - esteem . The second part is to study the relationship between attachment , self - esteem and the relationship between self - esteem and self - esteem . The main results are as follows : 1 . With regard to adolescent attachment : 1 ) The adolescent ' s attachment system is continuously divided and the differentiation mode has sex difference , the female is higher than that of the male ; 2 ) the female is more involved in the interpersonal relationship than the male ; 3 ) the adolescent ' s peer attachment is relatively stable in the middle school stage ; 2 . With regard to the self - esteem of adolescents : 1 ) The self - esteem level of Chinese adolescents is higher than that of self - esteem , regardless of gender and development . 3 . With regard to the influence of specific attachment relationship on self - esteem : 1 ) In the early adolescence , parents and peers have significant influence on the self - esteem and self - ability of adolescents . However , in the middle of puberty , parents have no significant influence on the self - esteem and self - ability of adolescents . The third part of this paper is the discussion , summary and reflection of the research . First of all , this chapter makes a sense of the main results of the study , summarizes and explains it , then points out the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research , and finally analyzes the shortcomings of the research and puts forward possible improved methods .
