【摘要】：本文利用新古典經(jīng)濟增長理論的收斂假說,基于省際面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,對我國各教育階段教育資源配置區(qū)域差異的動態(tài)演變趨勢進行了實證分析。結(jié)果顯示:我國不同教育階段教育資源配置區(qū)域差異的動態(tài)演變趨勢不同,具體來說,就σ變異系數(shù)而言,義務(wù)教育和高等教育階段的教育資源配置區(qū)域差異均呈現(xiàn)縮小的趨勢,而中等教育階段區(qū)域差異未表現(xiàn)出縮小的動態(tài)演變特征。從β絕對收斂來看,全國及三大俱樂部在義務(wù)教育階段教育資源配置的區(qū)域差異均不斷縮小,中等教育階段不斷擴大,高等教育階段沒有呈現(xiàn)出明顯的動態(tài)演變特征。從β條件收斂來看,全國及三大俱樂部各教育階段教育資源配置的區(qū)域差異均呈現(xiàn)出不斷縮小趨勢,且與β絕對收斂相比,區(qū)域差異縮小的速度有所加快,但各教育階段區(qū)域差異縮小的速度不同,高等教育階段最快,義務(wù)教育階段次之,中等教育階段最慢。同時,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、財政分權(quán)、對外開放度及人口老齡化對不同地區(qū)各教育階段教育資源配置的影響也有所不同。
[Abstract]:Based on the convergence hypothesis of neoclassical economic growth theory and the inter-provincial panel data model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the dynamic evolution trend of regional differences in the allocation of educational resources in different educational stages in China. The results show that the dynamic evolution trend of regional differences in the allocation of educational resources in different stages of education in China is different. Specifically, as far as the coefficient of variation is concerned, the regional differences in the allocation of educational resources in compulsory education and higher education show a decreasing trend, while the regional differences in secondary education do not show the dynamic evolution characteristics of narrowing. From the point of view of 尾 absolute convergence, the regional differences in the allocation of educational resources between the whole country and the three clubs in the compulsory education stage are narrowing, the secondary education stage is expanding, and the higher education stage does not show obvious dynamic evolution characteristics. From the point of view of 尾 condition convergence, the regional differences in the allocation of educational resources in each stage of education in China and the three major clubs show a decreasing trend, and compared with the absolute convergence of 尾, the rate of narrowing of regional differences is accelerated, but the rate of narrowing of regional differences in each stage of education is different, the stage of higher education is the fastest, the stage of compulsory education is the second, and the stage of secondary education is the slowest. At the same time, the level of economic development, fiscal decentralization, openness to the outside world and the aging of the population also have different effects on the allocation of educational resources in different educational stages.
