【摘要】：為考察電影療法能否克服逆反心理,是否具有滲透作用,潤物細無聲地提高學(xué)生的生命意義,文章選取本土電影和美國電影作為實驗材料,運用電影療法分別以心理健康教育課的形式對大三學(xué)生進行輔導(dǎo)。結(jié)果表明:電影療法對大學(xué)生生命意義影響的短時效應(yīng)在中外影片中均有效,具有不受個體逆反心理影響的滲透優(yōu)勢,但受大學(xué)生生命意義基線水平的影響,生命意義基線水平越低越容易被電影療法提高。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate whether film therapy can overcome rebellious psychology, whether it has infiltration effect, and moisturize all things silently to improve the significance of students' life, this paper selects local films and American films as experimental materials, and uses film therapy to guide junior students in the form of mental health education. The results show that the short-term effect of film therapy on college students' life meaning is effective in Chinese and foreign films, and has the osmotic advantage of not being affected by individual rebellious psychology, but under the influence of college students' life meaning baseline level, the lower the life meaning baseline level, the easier it is to be improved by film therapy.
