【摘要】：目的了解西藏高校藏族新生2008—2014年心理健康狀況變化趨勢,為藏族大學(xué)生心理健康教育和心理干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用《癥狀自評量表》對西藏某高校2008—2014年連續(xù)7屆共7 355名藏族大學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 2008—2014年藏族大學(xué)新生的陽性癥狀篩查率為20.9%~48.0%,中重度癥狀篩查率為0.1%~2.2%;藏族大學(xué)新生的心理健康水平呈波浪式發(fā)展趨勢;SCL-90量表的9個(gè)因子得分上,藏族女生高于男生,藏族新生高于漢族新生,在軀體化、強(qiáng)迫、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、精神病性6個(gè)因子上藏族新生高于全國大學(xué)生;年份對SCL-90的9個(gè)因子均有正向預(yù)測作用;2008—2014年藏族大學(xué)新生SCL-90各因子得分上升了0.1~2.5百分點(diǎn)。結(jié)論藏族大學(xué)新生心理問題的發(fā)生率相對較高,近年來心理健康水平雖有下降,但速度比較緩慢。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the changing trend of mental health status of Tibetan freshmen in Tibetan colleges and universities from 2008 to 2014, and to provide evidence for psychological health education and psychological intervention of Tibetan college students. Methods the mental health status of 7 355 Tibetan freshmen from 2008 to 2014 was investigated with symptom Checklist (SCL). Results from 2008 to 2014, the positive symptom screening rate of the freshmen in Tibetan universities was 20.9% and 48.0%, while the screening rate of moderate and severe symptoms was 0.1% and 2.2% respectively, and the mental health level of the freshmen in Tibetan universities showed a trend of wave-like development. The scores of 9 factors in SCL-90 scale were higher in Tibetan female students than in male students, Tibetan freshmen were higher than Han freshmen, and in somatization, compulsion, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis, Tibetan freshmen were higher than national college students. The nine factors of SCL-90 were positively predicted in each year, and the scores of SCL-90 factors of freshmen in Tibetan universities increased by 0.1 to 2.5 percentage points from 2008 to 2014. Conclusion the incidence of psychological problems in the freshmen of Tibetan universities is relatively high. The level of mental health has declined in recent years, but the speed is relatively slow.
