【摘要】：教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特質(zhì)是與其他職業(yè)群體相區(qū)別的專業(yè)發(fā)展特征,它既體現(xiàn)了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的獨(dú)特性,又體現(xiàn)了其內(nèi)在規(guī)定性。目前,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特質(zhì)遭遇遮蔽,主要表現(xiàn)為理論與實(shí)踐脫節(jié)、對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化教學(xué)通則的推崇、"思想技術(shù)"的統(tǒng)攝。因此,我們需要進(jìn)一步厘清教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特質(zhì),從而把握教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐路徑,破除遮蔽的藩籬。教師專業(yè)發(fā)展特質(zhì)主要表現(xiàn)為:行動(dòng)中解決教育問(wèn)題的實(shí)踐性、教育情境的不確定性、專業(yè)情意的感通性以及多元關(guān)系持續(xù)互動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)性�；诖�,筆者從宏觀學(xué)校層面、中觀課程層面以及微觀師生關(guān)系層面探討了彰顯教師專業(yè)發(fā)展特質(zhì)的實(shí)踐路徑。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of teachers' professional development are different from other professional groups. It not only embodies the uniqueness of teachers' professional development, but also embodies its inherent stipulation. At present, the characteristics of teachers' professional development are obscured, mainly manifested by the disconnection between theory and practice, the canonization of the general principles of standardized teaching, and the control of "thought and technology". Therefore, we need to further clarify the characteristics of teacher professional development, so as to grasp the practical path of teacher professional development and break down barriers. The characteristics of teachers' professional development are: the practicality of solving educational problems in action, the uncertainty of educational situation, the sense of professional emotion and the systematic interaction of multiple relationships. Based on this, the author discusses the practical path of teachers' professional development from the macroscopic school level, the meso-curriculum level and the micro-teacher-student relationship level.
