【摘要】：通過對(duì)先秦至今支配階級(jí)、普通社會(huì)民眾、教育思想家和教師眼中教師身份認(rèn)同流變的系統(tǒng)歷史考察表明,我國(guó)中小學(xué)教師身份認(rèn)同歷史流變?cè)谝蛩鼐S度上,大致呈現(xiàn)出如下特征:支配階級(jí)眼中的教師身份認(rèn)同流變經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由尊寵依賴到控制依賴再到協(xié)商依賴、由單一取向到兩極取向再到多維取向的演變過程;普通社會(huì)民眾眼中的教師身份認(rèn)同經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由支配階級(jí)到支配階級(jí)中的被支配階級(jí)再到普通民眾、由自決生成到官方派生再到自我確證的演變過程;教育思想家眼中的教師身份認(rèn)同經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由自負(fù)任我到自主利他再到自由為我、由普世觀照至系統(tǒng)關(guān)注再到局關(guān)愛的演變過程;教師自身眼中的教師身份認(rèn)同經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由社會(huì)代表者到職業(yè)工作者再到日常生活者、由文化符號(hào)到文化中介再到文化交換的演變過程。
[Abstract]:Through the systematic historical investigation of the evolution of teachers' identity in the eyes of the dominant classes, ordinary people, educational thinkers and teachers in the pre-Qin period to the present, it is shown that the historical evolution of teachers' identity in primary and secondary schools in China is in the dimension of factors. It shows the following characteristics: the evolution of teacher identity in the eyes of the dominating class has experienced a process from favoritism dependence to control dependence to negotiation dependence, from single orientation to polar orientation and then to multidimensional orientation; The teacher identity in the eyes of the ordinary people has experienced an evolution from the dominant class to the dominant class and then to the ordinary people, from the generation of self-determination to the official derivation and then to the self-corroboration. In the eyes of educational thinkers, the teacher identity has experienced a process from ego to independence and altruism to freedom for me, from universal observation to systematic concern and then to concern for the bureau. Teachers' identity in their own eyes has experienced a process from social representative to professional worker to daily life, from cultural symbol to cultural intermediary to cultural exchange.
