【摘要】：從分析教育系統(tǒng)性變革的內(nèi)外動力出發(fā),指出了教育變革的六大新動向:未來教育由培養(yǎng)"知識人"向培養(yǎng)"創(chuàng)新人"和"智慧人"轉(zhuǎn)變;未來人才的培養(yǎng)方式從大規(guī)模標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的培養(yǎng)到個性化定制;未來學(xué)習(xí)從正式的學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)到學(xué)習(xí)生活化、終身化;相應(yīng)的教育評價也從單一評價到智慧評價和創(chuàng)新評價;新技術(shù)從支持傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)的工具到教學(xué)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)性改變;隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)等新技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,未來教育將迎來教聯(lián)網(wǎng)的新時代。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對教師角色的重塑和專業(yè)成長提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the internal and external motive force of the systematic reform of education, this paper points out six new trends of educational reform: the transformation of future education from training "knowledge person" to "innovative person" and "intelligent person"; The training way of talents in the future is from mass standardization to individuation, from formal school learning to life-long learning, from single evaluation to wisdom evaluation and innovation evaluation. With the continuous development of new technologies, such as Internet of things, Internet of things and big data, a new era of educational networking will be ushered in the future. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions on the reconstruction of teacher's role and professional growth.
