【摘要】：近些年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和教育改革的不斷深入,義務(wù)教育階段學生“有學上”的問題已基本解決,但“上好學”難、教育發(fā)展不均衡等一系列問題仍十分突出,引起廣大人民群眾對教育現(xiàn)狀的不滿。造成這些問題的重要原因之一是教育資源配置的不均衡、單一化、不公平。借鑒國外的經(jīng)驗,要促進義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展就要加大義務(wù)教育辦學體制改革的力度,形成政府主導下的多元辦學格局,使教育選擇多樣化,讓家長和學生有更多的選擇權(quán)。家長和學生的選擇權(quán)增加了,義務(wù)教育才會真正走向均衡發(fā)展。
