論教師培訓(xùn)服務(wù)的供給側(cè)改革

【摘要】:當(dāng)代教師培訓(xùn)事業(yè)要找回尊嚴(yán)、市場(chǎng)、品質(zhì),就必須大力推進(jìn)供給側(cè)改革,積極推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。"供給側(cè)改革型培訓(xùn)"是一種服務(wù)供給創(chuàng)新型培訓(xùn),是對(duì)教師培訓(xùn)服務(wù)兩側(cè)同時(shí)兼顧又有所側(cè)重的培訓(xùn)。我國(guó)當(dāng)前教師培訓(xùn)服務(wù)供給側(cè)面臨的主要問題是:產(chǎn)能過剩、過度培訓(xùn)、滿意度低、服務(wù)同質(zhì)化等。面向未來,建立高位供求關(guān)系均衡是教師培訓(xùn)服務(wù)改革的目標(biāo),是當(dāng)代我國(guó)教師培訓(xùn)體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的焦點(diǎn)。我國(guó)教師培訓(xùn)服務(wù)供給側(cè)改革的五大手段是:培優(yōu)、變構(gòu)、入市、創(chuàng)新、改制。
[Abstract]:In order to regain the dignity, market and quality of the contemporary teacher training, we must vigorously promote supply-side reform and actively promote the innovation-driven development strategy. " The supply-side reform training "is a kind of service supply and innovation training, and it is a kind of training that pays attention to both sides of teacher training service at the same time." The main problems on the supply side of teacher training service in China are overcapacity, overtraining, low satisfaction and homogeneity of service. Facing the future, it is the goal of the reform of teacher training service to establish the balance of high supply and demand relationship, which is the focal point of the innovation of teacher training system and mechanism in contemporary China. The five measures of the supply-side reform of teacher training service in China are: training excellent, transforming structure, entering the market, innovating and reforming the system.
