【摘要】：俄羅斯正處于追求大國復興的關(guān)鍵期,教育被視為實現(xiàn)國家復興的重要支柱�！抖砺�(lián)邦2016-2020年教育發(fā)展目標綱要》(簡稱《綱要》)是俄羅斯未來五年教育發(fā)展的綱領(lǐng)性文件�！毒V要》明確了俄羅斯教育改革優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方向,將創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)作為該時期教育改革的總目標。俄羅斯聯(lián)邦政府強調(diào)構(gòu)建連續(xù)職業(yè)教育體系,利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)促進教育現(xiàn)代化,發(fā)展個性化教育模式,完善現(xiàn)代化教育質(zhì)量評價體系,并著力加強教師隊伍建設(shè),提升科研與創(chuàng)新水平,從而實現(xiàn)國家復興。
[Abstract]:Russia is in the critical period of pursuing the renaissance of great powers. Education is regarded as an important pillar to realize the national rejuvenation. The outline of the Education Development goals for 2016-2020 of the Russian Federation (abbreviated as the outline) is the programmatic document for the development of education in Russia in the next five years. The strategic direction of first development, The training of innovative talents is the overall goal of educational reform in this period. The Government of the Russian Federation emphasizes the establishment of a continuous vocational education system, the use of modern information technology to promote the modernization of education, the development of individualized education models, the improvement of the evaluation system for the quality of modern education, and the strengthening of the construction of the teaching staff. Raise the level of scientific research and innovation to achieve national rejuvenation.
