本科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生人文關(guān)懷能力與積極心理資本及主觀幸福感的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:探討本科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生人文關(guān)懷能力與積極心理資本及主觀幸福感之間的關(guān)系。采用關(guān)懷能力評價量表、積極心理資本問卷和總體幸福感量表,對101名本科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示,本科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生人文關(guān)懷能力總分為(194.94±23.97)分,處于偏低水平,人文關(guān)懷能力與積極心理資本及主觀幸福感呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)。護(hù)理教育者可以從開發(fā)本科護(hù)生積極心理資本、提升主觀幸福感入手,提高其人文關(guān)懷能力水平,從而提升其為病人服務(wù)的能力。
[Abstract]:To explore the relationship between nursing students'humanistic care ability, positive psychological capital and subjective well-being. A total of 101 nursing students were investigated with care ability evaluation scale, positive psychological capital questionnaire and general well-being scale. The results showed that the total score of humanistic care ability of nursing students was (194.94 鹵23.97), which was on the low side. The humanistic care ability was positively correlated with positive psychological capital and subjective well-being (P0.01). Nursing educators can develop positive psychological capital of undergraduate nursing students, improve subjective well-being, improve their humanistic care ability, and thus enhance their ability to serve patients.
