【摘要】：目的探討心理健康課程對大學(xué)生情緒及尋求心理幫助態(tài)度的影響。方法對廣州某醫(yī)科大學(xué)3144名一年級(jí)學(xué)生進(jìn)行為期3個(gè)月的心理健康課,課程前后選用尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助態(tài)度量表(ATSPPH)、積極情緒和消極情緒量表(PANAS)進(jìn)行測評(píng),并采用心理健康課程調(diào)查表進(jìn)行課程滿意度及效果評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果面對心理困惑時(shí),75.72%大學(xué)生選擇向朋友傾訴,只有3.39%會(huì)求助于心理咨詢師或精神科醫(yī)師;大學(xué)生對心理健康課程的總體滿意度較高,70%以上大學(xué)生能從課程中獲取心理學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí),掌握心理調(diào)節(jié)方法并逐步促進(jìn)自我人格完善;課程后,大學(xué)生積極情緒的出現(xiàn)頻率從29.06%上升到30.56%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-11.64,P0.01),而消極情緒的出現(xiàn)頻率無顯著性差異(t=0.57,P=0.5720.05);大學(xué)生尋求心理幫助態(tài)度的總分及各維度因子分均顯著提高(t值分別為-22.45、-23.44、-7.12、-7.24、-19.96,P均0.01)。結(jié)論心理健康課程可增加大學(xué)生的積極情緒并改善其尋求心理幫助的態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mental health course on college students' mood and attitude towards seeking psychological help. Methods 3144 first-year students of a medical university in Guangzhou were enrolled in a 3-month mental health course. (ATSPPH), positive and negative emotion scale (PANAS) was selected before and after the course. The psychological health course questionnaire was used to evaluate the course satisfaction and effect. Results 75.72% of the college students chose to talk to their friends when faced with psychological confusion, only 3.39% would turn to psychological counselors or psychiatrists. The overall satisfaction of college students to the mental health course is higher than 70% of the college students can acquire psychology related knowledge from the course, master the psychological adjustment method and gradually promote the self-improvement of personality. The frequency of positive emotion in college students increased from 29.06% to 30.566.The difference was statistically significant (t -11.64p 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the occurrence frequency of negative emotion (t0. 57% P 0. 5720.05), and the total score of college students seeking psychological help and the scores of each dimension factor were significantly mentioned. High (t = -22.45 ~ 23.44 ~ 7.12 ~ 7.24 ~ (-19.96) P < 0.01). Conclusion Mental health course can increase the positive emotion of college students and improve their attitude to seek psychological help.
