【摘要】：英國資格與學(xué)分框架(QCF)中的督導(dǎo)員制度不僅是提高教育質(zhì)量的有效保證,也是強(qiáng)化教育質(zhì)量管理的有效手段。借鑒英國資格與學(xué)分框架(QCF)中督導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化要求、工作內(nèi)容、地位作用及督導(dǎo)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國在職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量提升過程中應(yīng)積極構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代國家資格框架體系,重視督導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)和培育工作,督促學(xué)校在行政管理和教育教學(xué)方面得以改進(jìn),保障督導(dǎo)工作的有效性和持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:The supervisor system in (QCF) is not only an effective guarantee to improve the quality of education, but also an effective means to strengthen the management of educational quality. Based on the experience of professional requirements, job content, status and evaluation criteria of supervisors in the (QCF), China should actively construct a modern national qualification framework system in the process of improving the quality of vocational education. We should attach importance to the professional quality and cultivation of supervisors, urge schools to improve their administrative management and education and teaching, and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of supervision.
