【摘要】：近些年來,進城務(wù)工人員隨遷子女在流入地接受義務(wù)教育的越來越多。高中階段教育的加快普及和"異地高考"政策的逐步推進,使得解決隨遷子女異地中考的問題變得日益緊迫。當(dāng)前,有關(guān)異地中考政策制訂步伐明顯加快,地方改革成效逐步顯現(xiàn)。但是,依然存在"門檻過高"、限于"局部開放"等問題。因此,需要梳理造成農(nóng)民工隨遷子女異地中考政策實施困難的原因,改革戶籍制度,剝離附著于戶籍上的各種福利與管理功能;深化高考制度改革,形成中考、高考配套的政策體系;構(gòu)建進城務(wù)工人員隨遷子女在流入地參加中高考的政策思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more migrant workers' children receive compulsory education in floating places. With the rapid popularization of senior middle school education and the gradual promotion of the policy of "college entrance examination in different places", it is increasingly urgent to solve the problem of students taking exams in different places with their children moving away. At present, the policy-making pace of foreign high-school examination obviously accelerated, local reform results gradually appeared. However, there is still a "high threshold", limited to "partial opening" and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the reasons for the difficulties in implementing the policy of middle school entrance examination in different places for the children of migrant workers, to reform the household registration system, to peel off all kinds of welfare and management functions attached to the household register, to deepen the reform of the college entrance examination system, and to form the middle school entrance examination. The policy system of college entrance examination and the policy thinking of migrant workers' children taking part in the entrance examination.
