改善教育公平需更精確的政策設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:正不管是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,讓年輕人擁有平等的大學(xué)入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)都是決策者關(guān)注的重要問(wèn)題。中國(guó)政府已經(jīng)通過(guò)幫助更多的農(nóng)村學(xué)生升入大學(xué)來(lái)改善教育公平。然而政策設(shè)計(jì)者還應(yīng)意識(shí)到,大學(xué)入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)的不平等可能在更早的求學(xué)階段就已經(jīng)埋下了伏筆。《中國(guó)季刊》(The China Quarterly)網(wǎng)站刊載來(lái)自斯坦福國(guó)際問(wèn)題研究所羅樸尚(Prashant Loyalka)等學(xué)者的論文(Inequalities in the Pathway to
